Nov 2nd 2011 8:41AM My first set was the Stalker's Garb (I think it was called) that you collected from reputation with the Burning Crusade Factions. As much as I liked it back then (I was a BC baby), I definitely wouldn't transmog it now - that's what I farmed the hunter tier 5 and the black bow of the betrayer for :D or maybe the Skyfire Hawk-Bow...
And before blizzcon Hellreaver was going to be part of my transmog set, but goodbye stat sticks :(
Oct 25th 2011 1:04PM Considering engineers have been able to make guns and bows of varying iLvls this entire expansion...

The thought of agility cloth gave me shivers.
Oct 25th 2011 11:33AM Ah ok I think I just over-analyzed the question. I still doubt it though, considering they're going to be sharing the same gear with rogues, kitty druids and dps monks. Honestly, who wants another set of itemizations? Unless blizz decides to go and add parry to leather armor for monks, then idefk
Oct 25th 2011 11:30AM *cough* Only if they're *cough* Ricola! *coughcoughcough*
Oct 25th 2011 11:27AM See my reply to the question about tanking stats on leather armor above - but probably the same way druids do, with the brewmaster stance increasing armor by a large percentage and threat generation, with agility converting into dodge. Now that you mention it parrying does seem like a possible stat for monks since they'll have weapons while tanking, although I doubt it since they'll be sharing gear with druids.
Oct 25th 2011 11:17AM Tank stats? Tank stats for who? It wouldn't make sense for druids *or* monks to have parry or block - it makes far more sense for them to be built around dodge and damage mitigation/large health pools. I mean, you think of a monk - or any martial arts master - and you can picture them dodging incoming attacks as if they were softballs slow-pitched by my 90-year-old grandmother. And whatever hits they do take, they brush it off like a slap from the same person.
Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean by "tank stats" - because druids have stat conversions that turn their agility into dodge/armor, and they have buttloads of health. I expect the same system to apply to monks. The brewmaster stance will probably increase their armor from items by 300% or whatever it is for druids.
Oct 25th 2011 11:11AM I'm pretty sure a lot of bosses got smaller hitboxes in cata so having to run in/collapse on a boss during certain fights wouldn't gimp certain classes' minimum range *cough*hunters*coughcough* since most classes *cough*everyotherone*coughcough* could keep up their dps output during these phases.
Oct 22nd 2011 1:51PM Hijacking a greyed post because hey, why not.
A question that noone seems to be asking... What are the pandaren getting for their mount?!?
Oct 7th 2011 12:37AM I'm going with T4 on my Worgen. Looks SO great. gonna be using the Black Bow of the Betrayer and Hellreaver. perfection.
