And on the other comments: it may not require alot of skill to mash HfB, but it gets mind-numbing.
3 hours of raiding...that's alot of mashing that button.

Besides getting a more fitting name...
PvE-Cycles get less strenuous, and while damage on trash will decrease further, it will take more than HfB to fix this.
PvP-Rupture is usually used on warriors and teddy druids (high armor) and rogues (prevent Vanish), not? And those are classes that bleed.
Hunger for Blood wasn't much a PvP talent anyways.

Focused attacks and seal fate makes crit at least as valuable as hit rating if you're capped for yellow attacks.
But I'd still say you always need a healthy amount of both.
