Mar 19th 2012 3:33PM I kind of wish they would have gone for a more "Hoffbrau Haus Matron" kind of look. A bit thicker. I am pleased to see that she doesn't have gigantic breasts.
Mar 15th 2012 5:26PM If something is labeled "elite", it most likely will stomp a mudhole in your butt.
Feb 23rd 2012 4:29PM You brought back some wonderful memories. You've also awaken some old injuries, like those from banging our heads against a wall for hours. Thanks for the bit of time travel. :)
Feb 23rd 2012 1:07PM Big Red Kitty's "For Ezra" Running of the Bulls. When final stats came out we had something like 1500 Horde vs. 300 alliance. Server Boss shut us down. Plus, Gms were losing their minds because we were lagging out zones as we progressed from Mulgor to Stormwind.
Feb 9th 2012 12:35PM Sadly, I wore a mullet for a little while, but only while it was current content. I just wish I still had the hair to pull it off, if I was so inclined.
Feb 7th 2012 2:03PM In my Horde Guild, I'm the "I'll try/do anything to help the guild progress" guy. I'm a healer, so I stand in the back and sometimes see things that might help. Great guild, great players, great people. I truly enjoy raiding with these folks. 8/8 DS pre-nerf.
In my alliance guild, I use to be the guy mentioned above. Now I'm the "Jaded Old Poop" who is really tired of doing "Short-Bus" raiding. These nippleheads insist on doing 25 man raids, even though we can't muster 25 people. If the gm finally concedes and allows us to break into two 10 man teams, he tries to balance both teams. Therefore, we end up with two gimped teams instead of one good team. I mute the "guild tard" and let him know in vent that he is muted. I've typed /gquit more times than I care to count, just never hit the button. Outside of raids, this band of idiots is actually fun to be around. In raids, I fully understand why some species eat their young.
Jun 7th 2011 10:45AM There is a lone dwelling on the eastern mountains of Mulgore. Rarely does anyone go there. I find it to be peaceful and relaxing. A simple grave marker near the house with an inscription that reads: 1st line: Grimalkins 2nd line: 1966-(date of death) 3rd line: "You kids get off my lawn"
Apr 26th 2011 2:15PM This disabled vet would really like that.
Apr 11th 2011 12:11PM I have a gnome DK who suffers greatly from PTSD, caused by her time while in service to the Lich King. She spends much of her time walking around Stormwind wearing her Elegant Dress while carrying a Meat Cleaver and Rose. She also has her constant companion in the form of a bunny. She mutters and mumbles random things and occasionally laughs or cries without provocation. If she needs to travel a great distance she will mount her Sparkle Pony. However, if the city she is in comes under attack she snaps into action. She dons her gear and charges headlong into the fray upon her Acherus Deathcharger. She is a viscous fighter, even if the odds are stacked against her. Only in battle mode are the times you will find her completely lucid. Otherwise, she is mired in guilt and delusion.
To add some flavor to this toon I created some random emote macros. This way I'm not even sure what she will say to any given situation. The response has been overwhelming to her. Once in Ironforge I was trying to take care of some repair/sell/auction house tasks and got caught OOC. I got called on it. My darling lil DK broke into tears, donned all appropriate RP items and walked away.
Two of my favorite emotes from her are "...and that is why the kitten had to die." and " I'm a pretty little dolly."
So, if you happen to stumble upon a little gnome DK with pink pigtails, please be nice to her. She has been through a lot. You kindness may just be received with her telling you that she will kill you in your sleep or she might pet you and call you a nice bunny.
Apr 7th 2011 11:07AM The Douchebag Debuff is your friend.
If all Healers used this simple tool, then Tanks wouldn't be acting like they are king of the pile, and DPS would do their jobs without all the mouth and attitude.
Healers rise up and don't let these lesser classes push us around!!
