Apr 15th 2010 6:19PM Ghostcrawler promised me a pony...dare you deny his wishes?!
Feb 13th 2010 12:49PM The Scouring of Lordaeron: The Light's Justice Comes Home
In the wake of the Lich King's defeat, Kel'Thuzad--who survived the fall of Naxxramas with his phylactery intact--flees south to the Plaguelands in order to consolidate the remnants of the Cult of the Damned. From the stolen necropolis Malykriss, the Lich King's former majordomo is preparing a final, apocalyptic plague to unleash upon the Eastern Kingdoms.
The Argent Crusade establishes Justice Keep on the eastern shores of the Plaguelands in an effort to bring Kel'Thuzad and his minions to justice once and for all. Through daily quests, players will help fortify the Keep's defenses and advance the Crusade's final war effort. The bravest adventurers may enter Malykriss itself to challenge Kel'Thuzad and his lieutenants, with the fate of Lordaeron hanging in the balance.
Did that in like 10 minutes, so it's not a polished as it could be but I think it's a cooler idea than another Troll instance.
PS Malykriss would be a 5-man instance only--no raids. Loot would be 232/245 level. Thanks for reading!
Nov 11th 2009 9:02AM Your gear will show up in both Human and Worgen forms. The human form is a 100% cosmetic feature (as of Blizzcon, anyway); anytime you enter combat you're automatically shifted into your "true" form.
Nov 11th 2009 8:33AM Oh don't you worry about me my friend. I'm gonna have air support ready to go at all times. >:D
Nov 11th 2009 8:20AM My Worgen alt is mainly going to serve as the vehicle through which I explore the new 1-60 content they're adding. As a result, I'm going to roll a warrior--because it's a class I know really well, which means I will be able to focus the majority of my attention on the game world without having to learn a new playstyle.
Oct 2nd 2009 3:10PM Just realized I'm like the third person to say this in the last four minutes. Don't mind me...
Oct 2nd 2009 3:09PM You will notice that there is--at most--one boss between the instance portal and the target of any of these quests. Heck, the Naxx bosses are all the first bosses of their respective wings. If you're lucky enough to draw one of them you're just a handful of trash pulls away from sweet, sweet emblems.*
*We of course don't yet know where Lord Marrowgar hangs out in Icecrown Citadel, but I think it's a safe bet it's comparatively accessible.
Sep 25th 2009 10:54AM The Ice Stone; specifically, its slow conversion from solid to liquid.
