WoW Insider Show Episode 90: Learning the accent {WoW}

May 18th 2009 11:50PM Quick question: does anyone know if the video show will be available for download as video or just audio?
Or will the video only be able to be seen if you log into ustream while it's live?
(only asking cos I'm from oz and subscribe via iTunes!)
thanks!

Changes coming to the Crusader title {WoW}

May 14th 2009 8:45PM i think it makes sense the way it's setup atm.

It's basically a quest chain of dailies....
you start off at the begin of the chain, where your ultimate goal in the quest chain is to become a champion.
So, you're progressing through the quest chain and basically practicing to become a champion.
After you become a champion, you stop doing the practice sessions... because you're already a champion. You've now finished the quest chain.

I'm sure there'll be more opportunities to grind you city rep when the next stage of AT comes out.

May 14th 2009 8:34PM T8 Paladin chest is a plate dress if that'll do.

Make a costume, win a trip to BlizzCon from the EU {WoW}

Blood Pact: How to be a professional Warlock {WoW}

May 4th 2009 11:45PM "Honestly, Blood Pact has been the most useless of the 10 class columns recently (even before the new writer took over)."

Just like the warlock class is the most useless out of the 10.

And yes - i play a warlock as my main. :(

I'm sure once Nick gets into a new raiding guild we'll see more raiding columns.

Daily Chores achievement is no longer a chore {WoW}

May 3rd 2009 5:15AM You make a good point - the fact that you're a paladin helped with certain parts of the achievement.

I'd be interested to see the class spread that did it. I know as a lock i've been finding it very difficult.

I also think being in certain battlegroups doesn't help. Bloodlust is so competetive it doesn't help when trying for this achievement.

Did blizz even factor the fact that some classes are more suited to these tasks than others? Did they even test this with all classes to guage the difficulty for each one?

PvP trinket is mandatory {WoW}

May 1st 2009 12:04PM It's amazing how much pvp discussion takes place when there's an achievement that revolves around it!

The point being that non pvpers go into bgs and the like to get the meta and get anihillated by the casual and hardcore pvpers.
Until blizz learns to keep pvpers out of pve and pveers out of pvp there will always be the massive uproar on the forums.

I don't think it'd be hard to have a choice to do a meta for pve-heroics and/or one for pvp-bgs.
People get a choice and this could be blizz's way of keeping it separate.

Blood Pact: What's up with everybody? {WoW}

Apr 29th 2009 3:27AM I for one think it's a good post.
Not everyone can be expected into ulduar in the first few weeks of the content patch.

A raider wouldve given an insight into ulduar - but nick has given an insight into the recent changes to all the spces locks are playing atm.
It's important to note that nick is doing this thread as a part time job. He doesn't get paid for it - and doesn't get reimbursed game time or gold in respecing to every spec, build, glyph combo out there (ref a few of his previous threads)

Nick, thanks for a great post. Very informative - and gave a great insight into the specs I haven't tried yet.
Good luck in finding a new raiding group.

Hunter solos Utgarde Keep {WoW}

Apr 27th 2009 10:01PM The voidwalker got a nerf for tanking OS.
So I concur with the Inc hunter nerf.
Just saying.
