Dec 9th 2009 1:34AM I was really hoping you could select any dungeon, i.e., Outland, old world dungeons, using the dungeon finder so that you could easily complete dungeons for achievements without having to spam in LFG / Trade, ect. Is this possible or will it be added if not?
Dec 8th 2009 12:36PM Not 'in' 3.3, but rather as a result of it, I will be uninstalling Carbonite.
Nov 23rd 2009 11:50AM My girlfriend would love it!
May 12th 2009 3:00AM You forgot to include GamesWorkshop vs Blizzard (everything) ;P
May 11th 2009 8:07PM What about GameSpy's, Flintlocke comic? http://pc.gamespy.com/flintlockes-guide-to-azeroth/introduction/897826p1.html It uses in-game screenshots for its panel artwork. There's likely other comics that do this, not to mention machinima, which I think would be bigger violations than 'inspired' works. As someone suggested earlier, this action should be applied evenly to all offending works, or not at all. I am solely in favor of the latter. Who knows what the Activision arm of Activision-Blizzard is thinking ... ?
Mar 17th 2009 4:46PM Will the LFG tool allow you to select 'any' dungeon / raid?
Presently it filters those within some range of your level, which is nearly useless. I have a number of dungeon quests that I never got around to completing and now they are not available in the menus.
Considering that you get achievements for completing dungeons / raids, any of them should be selectable, or at minimum, any that you have in your quest log.
Can you join the LFG channel without first having to select a dungeon / raid you have no interest in running? This is in large part due to not being able to select any dungeon / raid. Often I pick something I don't want to run, only so that I can join the LFG channel and ask for people to run something I have in my quest log but doesn't appear in the tool menu.
Feb 23rd 2009 1:10PM I agree! I don't play PvP and don't understand why talents and abilities can't be modified as soon as you enter an arena or battleground, so that PvE viability doesn't suffer.
Feb 23rd 2009 12:03PM The 51/0/20 build is what I was using through 76, and it was working quite well. I then decided to respec and my build is now 45/0/26. I have traded the Dancing Rune Weapon for Summon Gargoyle and the five points spent in Blood Gorged were spent in Unholy so that I can have a permanent Ghoul (Master of Ghouls).
I doubt the Gargoyle matches the Dancing Rune Weapon mathematically, however Blood Gorged seems like a waste except on the occasions your health is 3/4 or more full. To me the difference of having a ghoul permanently outweighs the benefit of having an ability that is not always permanent.
Nov 20th 2008 1:04PM Perhaps it's Joystiq's fault for the misleading title, as it implies there are other devices that cannot stream Sony Pictures films via Netflix. That is is not the case, as the Xbox 360 is the only device that cannot. I haven't used PlayOn on Xbox 360, so I'm not sure if PlayOn license for Sony Pictures extends to 360 or not.
Nov 20th 2008 12:53PM Exactly ... the point being that license was withheld from Xbox 360. The license doesn't dictate that movies can be streamed or not, but rather to what devices or not.
