Feb 25th 2009 12:28AM Okay, I know you don't quite see the point of Death Strike, but here's my thought on it... when I have a lack-luster healer in my guild trying to keep me alive, I don't use Scourge Strike... I use Death Strike to heal myself for 4k every other cooldown...

With it's buffs, it just might heal me for 5-6k now in the cycle, and without having to refresh diseases (pest in place of two GCDs and a trade of ONE Blood for One Plauge/One Frost) then from a tanking standpoint (Leothas, Patchwerk, etc) then a self heal for 5-6k as well as a hit for 8-9k isn't bad... assuming the buff math is accurate (and glyphed.)

I like Hail Storm (Nature/Frost Dmg). MY complaint about the use of the totem for the AoE, is that you can't AoE underlevel mobs... the totem kills it, totem gets to loot it... not the shaman! Made grinding for my Scarlet Tabard a HUGE pain in the a$$ (had to go get poison trinket from Sunken Temple and use that first let it tick twice before Nova'ing the crowd)

I want to see Elemental shaman get some kind of "Throw Fire Totem" ability into the mess of them... and then give the SHAMAN credit for the damage done (so we can still loot if we're solo.)

Nov 23rd 2008 2:02PM I just want to point out, unless I have totally missed something... Death Knights canNOT use maces... in the article it says to grab the Cragthumper (mace) but when I was completing that quest it was red to me (unusable.) I'll hit IF and see if I can train in it. As far as I know DKs use Swords (1h and 2h) and axes (1h and 2h) and pole arms... and that's it.
