Oct 20th 2010 7:02PM I am a GT freshman. Given the prevalent nerd culture at GT there will probably be a lot of people who read this. It's cute, but very specific.

Addons 101: The other essentials {WoW}

Jul 14th 2010 10:22PM Well I think you're being too generous. I guess I'm pretty fast on the taunt too, but raid bosses don't really have threat problems these days.

Addons 101: The other essentials {WoW}

Jul 14th 2010 8:25PM I've never used a threat meter because I'm either tanking or healing. I can almost always feel people sneaking up on aggro with the damage done meter. Am I doing it wrong?

Call for Submissions: Best and worst ways to vet puggers {WoW}

Jul 9th 2010 8:51PM How flexible are the word limits? At what point does your site force a page break? I've been working on my article, but it's getting fairly long, and I'm not keen on cutting it down. If anyone else has encountered problems with the word limit or has any experience, I would love a line.

J!NX releases exclusive shirt designs for Europe {WoW}

Jun 30th 2010 11:43AM Having the authorities waste their time on something largely useless: Priceless.

For everything else, there's MasterCard.
Is that available in Europe?

(I kid, I live in Switzerland)

Blood Sport: Fun things to do in arena {WoW}

May 25th 2010 3:40AM I've actually run 5 healers before...It was glorious. We had:
2 Holy Paladins
1 Resto Shaman
1 Discipline Priest
1 Resto Druid

One of the Holy Paladins had the Ulduar Legendary, and the rest of us were all in high end PvE gear. After about 3 minutes of defensive play we got our first kill, and from there things just melted. It was surprisingly effective.

Needless to say there was no danger of anyone dieing, with ridiculously large heals being directed as soon as an enemy so much as twitched towards one of us.

I also ran Holy Paladin/Disc Priest in 2's for a while, in a rated team. Again, surprisingly effective. People couldn't kill us, and we could mana drain them into the ground until we could pull off a burst kill with Penance -> Holy Shock. Fun stuff.

I would like to try 5 Tanks one day, all with 50k HP or something silly.

WRUP: The answer is always 42 edition {WoW}

May 22nd 2010 2:24PM 27 is a nice number. 3^3 is very cool. Just like 4^4=256, and 5*5, but I can't be bothered to do mental maths.

I'm more a prime number fan though. In fact, my TV's volume is always set to a prime number. There's an unfortunate gap between 13 and 17, as well as between 23 and 29. Makes watching TV slightly more stimulating.
