Feb 27th 2009 4:00PM You just have to have the Guild Master of the guild list a few of the items that were lifted (see the wow armory if you aren't able to get onto the game for a list). List more noteable items, like Epic Gear.
Have him go to the Customer Service Wow forums and follow the instructions for reporting a hack. He can also do it from in game using the "?" and TALK TO A GM.
Feb 5th 2009 9:27AM When I was out of work and looking for a job, I found myself playing more. Let's be honest, once you've done the initial search... there's really not more than 3 hours a day you can spend looking for a job.
And it really does take your mind off things. I found myself setting daily goals for farming, quests, leveling alts, etc... just to keep myself busy!
Feb 4th 2009 5:00PM If I pick someone from a friends guild that I don't know and they underperform I will report back to my friend and let them know. On the flip side if they blow the instance out of the water and I haven't seen them around I also report back. So if I see either extreme I'll say something.
You represent the guild no matter what. If they're F&F rank then I chalk it up to being a F&F. If they're actually recruits, it helps my friends weed thru them more easily.
I also have been seeing the issue of having my alt tank unguilded. People are a little harsh when inviting to groups... they automatically think I'm going to suck. I just would like an opportunity to tank and I can't do it in the guild I'm in. *shrug*
Jan 28th 2009 9:15AM Warlocks: Never tap below 50%
Healers: Don't panic when your warlock taps... they get the health back quickly! Panic when they're going below 50%, b/c that shouldn't be happening!!
Jan 27th 2009 3:03PM I parked my level 70 Warlock in Ironforge as a guildmaster with a four tab bank.
... she's also wearing full Tier 1 just because!
I so have moved onto a mage!! ...well my second mage... w/e I've moved on!!
Jan 26th 2009 5:53PM As a pally tank, I pull with shield and I actually target the CC mob. I instruct before hand to please CC AFTER I pull. This way the mob aggros to me when it breaks or gives a second before it gets its noms on the healer!
When I'm on my mage with my typical druid tank, I get to pull frequently, but he knows I can take care of myself and kite if I get stupid. :) Everyone who has CC should be smart enough to either redo the CC if it breaks, or be prepared to kite it should the worst happen.
Jan 26th 2009 5:05PM When I was first learning to tank, I asked my group to use CC..... did not go over well...
Jan 26th 2009 5:03PM I have a Dwarf Female Pally... My shield of righteousness... It looks like I'm kicking the dude in the shins instead of slamming him in the face.
I do make a dainty little tank... I have the Sara Palin haircut! :-D
Jan 26th 2009 4:55PM Idiot proof you say eh???
Mine kept insisting I needed BLessing of Freedom every damn time it was up! You call that idiot proof!!! B/c I am a better idiot than they built it for!!!
Jan 26th 2009 4:54PM I couldn't get it working right but alot of other people have... I'm sure I nubbed it up... but when it was working.... ZOMG Buffs has everything you need for buffs tied to the scroll wheel. So you just scroll and buff casts...
