Sep 4th 2009 3:02AM Well if you have a live keylogger and the hacker logs in with the same code, you will have been online for just a few seconds (these codes have a 30second validity) - when he attempts to log in, you'll be disconnected. You'd then log in very quickly again, so he would get disconnected - they wouldn't be able to clear anything really.

Sep 4th 2009 2:56AM Getting an authenticator in Europe is piss-easy. Only downside is that shipping costs more than the authenticator itself if you can't use the phone option. Even so, it costs about as much as a 1-month blizz subscription

Sep 4th 2009 2:54AM We wanted to enforce the authenticator rule ever since we started the guild - having an account hacked and the guild bank emptied actually made this happen... now only people with authenticators can do anything with the guild bank. We've heard a lot of moaning from those with unsupported phones (and unwilling to pay 15 euro - cost + shipping - for a hardware authenticator), but that's their problem

Jun 10th 2009 9:24AM I merged my EU account specifically for the pet (it was working around 8am CET this morning)... now if I don't get the pet I'll be mad :D

I was thinking of doing it anyway because I have an iTouch - so in case anything happens to my authenticator no more shipping fees :)

Breakfast Topic: Inexplicable dislikes {WoW}

Jun 5th 2009 8:41AM I hate the names of the Hodir quests. They drive me mad - because it seems a 14-year-old boy wrote them (or some type of 20year-old 'jock' who wants to show off to his friends, I can't decide). It wouldn't be so bad if there were one or two innuendos there, but the Storm Peaks in general and the Hodir faction in particular have them in everywhere. I guess that just goes beyond pop-culture reference for me.
