May 10th 2009 12:41PM Blizzard could implement something like this -
Add a flight path tracking mode to the map/minimap.
Once you are on a flight path you can activate your flying mount and are presented with a flight master route map as if you were at a flight master.
Choose your destination and off you go - with no cost.
Not perfect but better than nothing.

Jan 24th 2009 10:46AM This was a half baked idea from people who were probably half baked when they dreamt it up.
It is in Blizzards best interests to keep their servers up - it is their responsibility to reimburse us if the servers are down for a lengthy period. I have been reimbursed play time on a few occasions for exactly this. Why would I need to pay extra?
Who really cares about a couple of hours of downtime here and there?
(If you are one of those people, please look out of the window. There's a big wide world out there waiting for you with lots of other fun things to do!)
Btw, gratz to WI - you got played for some free market research.

Dec 8th 2008 2:07PM I agree that the private servers are arguably a violation of contract, however the players themselves using the private servers are depriving Blizzard of 'something tangible' - the monthly subscription.
