Mar 27th 2012 8:24AM I know it's a long, long, long shot, but I'd very much like to get updated voice files for the original races, particularly the gnome male. Nothing ruins a good time like hearing that shrill cackle when I /lol, and playing the game on mute is massively un-fun.
Option B: extend the Transmog concept to voice files (and while you're at it, hairstyles too). Sure, you'd suddenly have hundreds of big blue trannies working Goldshire on Moon Guard, but you'd also give players a chance to have their character sound more like a fierce, dragon-slaying/riding warrior than a ventriloquist's doll.
Dec 15th 2011 7:16PM You look nice today.
Dec 14th 2011 10:45PM Is the new crafted gear good enough for the new 5 mans? It's iLevel 377 and you only need 350-something for those instances. Is the extra 25 iLevels enough to compensate for the pvp stats on the gear?
Follow-up question: would reforging some hit onto that gear be enough? If so a fresh 85 could get into the new 5-mans for a couple of thousand gold.
Nov 13th 2011 6:39PM Has there been any word of a Pilgrim's Bounty boss? I'd love to fight an epic turkey of doom. This holiday could be so much more than the week when everybody levels cooking on their alts.
Nov 9th 2011 11:21PM What about the weapons that require you to have earned 7250 honor points in the season? My 'lock is due to hit 85 in about ten days, so he won't be able to buy the weapon until that limbo period between seasons. Will the weapons still be available, or will I need to start grinding that 7250 from 0 again?
Nov 4th 2011 11:40AM For the pre-expansion event, they could get a lot of mileage out of nerfing the city guards to make it easier for frisky players to mess with each others' capitols. And perhaps push it further with small bands of NPC rogues probing the opposite faction's cities. Popping out of a BG and getting jumped in your own city (because you're still flagged by the BG) by an NPC would be a thrill.
While they're at it, a few high altitude platforms in the cities would serve the purpose those floating rocks did around Halaa: give ranged dps a place to snipe the enemy from.
Jan 12th 2011 3:02PM That was a very clickable link indeed. Thank you, Alex!
Also, this brings the articles tagged with salma-hayek up to TWO now. That's a really nice pair. Really, really, really nice pair. Of articles.
