Jun 8th 2010 8:39AM I've come to the point now where so many people use knockbacks I just grit my teeth and ignore it. In the past, every time that I've politely asked a Druid/Shaman/Mage to go easy on the knockbacks, its always answered with tears and "LR2PLAY NOOB, ITS AN ABILITY AND I WILL USE IT". I just give up now, I am a defeated tank.
Jun 2nd 2010 1:01AM Huh, similar thing happened to me too.
Joined a group where the tank decided to be cocky and pulled about half the instance and died. Poor healer barely had buffs out. He then proceeded to abuse the healer for "sucking" and refused to leave group. We had to sit there and cop his abuse for 15 mins (I lasted about 5 before I put him on ignore) and then had to queue up for another tank. All the while he was gloating that he'd get an insta-group because hes a tank. Good for you, buddy.
May 18th 2010 8:24AM I think we can definitely expect some Deathwing. I've been hoping for a nice montage of race/class battles very similar to the 1st and 2nd cinematics, but it all culminating in Deathwing bursting forth and utterly DESTROYING EVERYTHING.
Bonus points if they show a Gnome with the /cower emote as Deathwing swoops by.

This inspired me very much. Its a powerful reminder of how we should all live every day to its fullest.
Thank you for taking the time to write this article, David, it was beautiful. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for you at the moment, you have my sincerest condolences.

Feb 2nd 2009 7:46PM Latency and Frame Rate are two very different things. Frame rate is a computer issue and the player can control that. Latency is a server-end issue and cannot be controlled by the player (unless they're on Dial-up, I suppose).
I'm in Australia and have to deal with 500+ latency and it can sometimes be unplayable even though I generally have 60+ fps.
