May 9th 2011 2:33PM To succeed in the long run, a progression guild needs team players. If players aren't willing to be subbed out fairly, replace them. The only caveat is to make sure the rotation is fair. There shouldn't be any worst players who are sat out on a regular basis. If the team has a weak member, work with them or replace them rather than leaving them out of hard fights or progression kills. Most players who have been raiding for a while are happy to have a night or a week off now and then.
