Aug 16th 2009 2:20PM I want new bosses to be made and would rather have Blizzard spend resources in that direction. The new stuff is what keeps me playing not rehashing things I did way too many times 2-4 years ago.
Onyxia had her time and cool part in the story but I think bringing her back for the reasons stated is Blizzard going down the wrong path.
Aug 3rd 2009 10:47PM I think they are content where Holy and Discipline Priests are at right now. This Q&A basically rehashed what GC has already said in a handful of blue posts before patch between patch 3.1 and 3.2 where healing priests were unhappy.
Jun 24th 2009 12:29PM Replenishment is only an issue when your character is geared from a previous tier of raid instance and you are moving up to the next tier of raid instance. Once your character is sufficiently geared for the instance he/she is running in, then mana issues cease to exist.
Blizzard seems to be focusing a lot of their resources in regards to replenishment on that trasition phase which lasts 1-2 months for most players.
The real question is what numbers are they looking at? Are they looking at players and specific classes who are just starting out in Ulduar with Naxx gear and concerned that mana return is too high? Are they looking at healers who have decked themselves out in T8 who dont have mana issues and hit 4K spell power with buffs, food, elixirs and trinket procs?
Replenishment is a side issue to the bigger picture which is can a player decked out in T8 walk into the T9 instance and hypothetically outgear it because they gem, enchant and use spell power consumables? Controlling mana return is a way for them to tone down our ability to heal a tank from 1%---->100% in one cast.
Apr 14th 2009 1:29PM Blue post confirmed that the, "Unable to validate Game Version" error is a problem caused by merged Battle.net accounts. Blue post said they will fi it once servers are done with maintenance.

Dec 23rd 2008 12:29PM The 40 man raid content was fun but also very frustrating. I disagree that only a small portion of server population had access to 40 man content. I would actually say the exact opposite. 40 man entry level raid content was very casual in nature. Far too many guilds needed to pick up players to fill spots because only 35-39 people showed up on a given night.
The entry level 40 man content was not tuned for 40 people just like the current 25 man naxx is tuned for more like 21 people.
I think the people who saw all of the 40 man instances at lvl 60 would agree that the difficulty level each instance jump gave was very pronounced. Once confronted with the change in difficulty from say BWL to AQ 40, the more casual players tended to fade out and more progression minded guilds attracted the core progression minded players from less progressed guilds.
The only change I foresee by adding 40 man raids back into WotLK would be to hurt more active players by requiring them to recruit outside of their play time niche. Furthermore, the guild roster from more progression minded guilds would fluctuate and there would be less familiarity amongst guild members.
