May 16th 2010 11:18AM All of the comics, the manga included, have been a jumbled, garbled mess of plotlines and forced alliances (have to treat both sides equally!), characters bouncing around from local to local with little to tie them together. I think medium lends itself to that outcome, the need to be EPIC while lacking the space and time to convey any real depth or force any real in-depth thought on the part of the creators.
I agree with sentiment that the comic is a poor medium to use to advance the plotline, but for those of us who care about the lore I'm afraid we'll have to suffer through much of this in the years to come.
Jun 7th 2009 1:17PM I really enjoyed your story Sarah. Blizzard gave the high/blood elves a rich and complex history and you wove it all together nicely. I think one of the greatest "gifts" the blood elves have given the Horde is representation in Dalaran. What this means for the future of Aethas, the Kirin Torr, and even the under-represented troll mages is exciting. Now maybe you can explain how all those high elves got into the Argent Crusade!
Dec 23rd 2008 5:50PM The point, Tuhljin, is that these "certain people" (the ones saying don't use the word Christmas) don't exist. It's a straw man they've created because of their sensitivity to the phrase "Happy Holidays". End of story.
And Amaxe, the Oxhorn people can complain about whatever they want in their video, and if they post it on a public forum, I can complain about whatever they put in it. That's my business, isn't it?
