Mar 18th 2009 11:56AM Okay, all the shots at DK's was random. I get why a rogue doesn't like IBF, I mean when they can't almost kill someone in a single stun rotation it must be -horrible- for them, right? But what the hell was the shot at the magic shell about? You're a class with about 3 attacks that are actually affected by it aside from your poisons, but most likely the DK is already infected with them by now and they aren't removed like a Pally bubble or your own freaking cloak of shadows. If that is one of the abilities you find is even a slight thorn in your side I think you might need to change your strategy when fighting one.

Arena players say they can't compete with Death Knights {WoW}

Feb 20th 2009 4:23PM Wait a minute.. that team had a mage -and- a freaking rogue, and they were complaining they couldn't kill a Death Knight? Those two classes, when played properly, can systematically destroy even a great Death Knight in a one on one fight, and this is a situation where there are two of them which are basically tailor made to kite and stun lock/out burst a DK. I guess it takes less effort to quit and QQ about a new challenge rather than learning how to play your freaking class.

Are Death Knights autowin in PvP part II {WoW}

Feb 10th 2009 8:58PM People who actually do their research into the death knight class and understand its vulnerabilities are going to be successful against them while others are going to get ganked once and QQ for the rest of their life about the big bad wolf. I consider myself quite a talented PvPer and I enjoy battlegrounds, and sometimes the occasional Arena game. The first week of the patch people had no freaking idea what a death knight could do, and things haven't really changed. Mages still try to nuke me with my green bubble up, hunters try to disengage at the very start of combat just to get death gripped back. Really stupid mistakes that end up costing them the fight, and then they turn around and have the gal to complain when they did everything wrong.

And then there are times when I'll come up against mages who understand so perfectly the finer points of death knights, and I don't stand a chance and get ripped up. Or a bastard rogue who replaced his daggers with can openers.

People are confusing not -knowing- how to fight a death knight with death knights being flat out over powered.

Crafted Death Knight tanking weapons removed from PTR {WoW}

Jan 10th 2009 2:45PM That's.. really, really stupid. So am I to understand that the issue with 2handed tanking weapons is that since they are only going to introduce a handful at -best-, they think all DK tanks are going to use only those weapons from now until the end of time, since there will never be any new tanking weapons? So basically DK tanks are being punished because Blizzard is too lazy to add tanking weapons further down the line. That's lovely. Nice to hear about your class being held back because someone doesn't feel like doing the work.

Latency fixes coming for Northrend, Naxx {WoW}

Jan 8th 2009 6:07PM My guild has chronic lag and disconnects since we started 25-naxx about a month ago, but it has only become worse and worse as time went. Last night we were supposed to be taking down the Four Horsemen in preparation for our first attempt at Saph and Kelly, but the lag was so terrible our mages were casting about 5 spells a minute. Eventually we gave up and put in tickets to Blizzard. Glad to hear they acknowledge the problem and plan on fixing it.
