Jun 19th 2009 12:05AM Is Ahune repeatably summonable on non-heroic mode? I recall last year, the quest could be completed on regular mode, but iterative summons had to be done on heroic mode. Is this requirement still in place?

Apr 30th 2009 2:25PM As a recovering dps meter addict, I think dps need to let the obsession go. I rolled a resto shaman after rogues got nerfed below DKs and Fury Warriors in 3.1. I've not gone back to the rogue for raiding since I'm guaranteed a raid spot as resto. I turned off recount; it doesn't matter. Kill the boss before I run out of mana or we die - that simple. I don't care who contributes more to that.

Oh, and stop whining about hybrid dps or elemental shamans will stop dropping totem of wrath. No one's complaining about 5% crit huh? hybrid buffs ftw!

Apr 30th 2009 2:11PM Great concept, but a more fitting role I think for hunters would be cc and rogues as tanking. We've already seen subtlety rogues successfully tank some bosses in BC before agility was nerfed.

Apr 29th 2009 4:12PM I think their accounts should be reinstated. If you got that in the mail, you wouldn't go try it out on the biggest, baddest things you could find to kill? Of course, those are in Ulduar....Come'on!

Bliz made an item, sent it to someone, somehow, then they need to be responsible for its use and not penalize someone for utilizing an item that was provided to them.

Apr 24th 2009 11:38AM A big challenge I had with 10 man content was not with versions of tier set gear, but with other pieces, such as weapons and trinkets which were not duplicated in 10 man content with slightly reduced stats. As a rogue and shaman, I would have appreciated a reduced stat version of webbed death (1.4 speed), grim toll, or forethought talisman. These items are incredibly valuable for what they do, not just the stats on them and were not duplicated in lesser versions in 10 man content.

For these types of items, they should be available in 10 man content on hard mode, or with a reduced chance to drop in 10 man content.

Apr 7th 2009 11:30AM The biggest fail was making 5 man content irrelevant after naxx. Many people, including myself, were occupied with 5 man content to build up 150 badges to get a set of badge gear fists....also, some 5 mans were hard as crap depending on composition.

5 mans give a lot of people something to do on a regular basis, that was easily puggable and helped contribute to character development incrementally. This differs from drakes/mount drops and achievements since achievements aren't really content as they don't develop your character, and mount drops are so infrequent that it doesn't FEEL like you are progressing as you don't get any incremental development (it feels like (and is) lost time).

They need to release a set of non-tier gear that is heroism badge related and have it more robust than the current starter set. Repopulate the 5 mans, make BOP epic patterns that are GOOD and require several frozen orbs and maybe one rare drop orb from ulduar.
