Jul 23rd 2011 1:23PM So I am really considering creating a WoW website. There have been a lot of questions and answers on WoWInsider that I think I could distribute to the community as a resource page. Stuff like trash pulls, starting and leveling suggestions, basic BASIC addon implementation, material like that. Something to cater mostly to the 1-84 folks I would like to see out there, even if it doesn't get popular outside my circle of friends. But the biggest question, the MOST important is.... what do I call it? Please Q4Q friends, help?
Jul 21st 2011 10:56AM I kind of have to agree. As both a plus and minus, I think that these activities sometimes reveal something about their personas that have may remained dormant or actively hidden for a long time. I would wager that these people had this tendency and this just brought it out.
Jul 21st 2011 10:35AM Lishalacey, that is actually the whole reason that I don't go resto on my Druid. Unless you leveled that way, you have no idea what this huge selection of buttons are for, which ones for which situations. Its overwhelming, worse than Holy priest. It may be easy for you guys who have done this for a while but for newbies its pretty difficult I think if you want to make sure you do it correctly. I would almost prefer the three heals system.
Jul 19th 2011 8:45AM I have to confirm Bartender. You are talking about can't live without not nice to have or performance/comfort enhancing, that is the very definition for me. As an altaholic clicker, the chaos of not having all of my tools immediately available is unbearable. I believe it was when 3.something dropped and for a day it was nonfunctional. I just didn't play because when I tried it was not enjoyable and unwieldy.
Jul 18th 2011 7:26PM I would actually counter that argument with an easy win for Cookie. Void zones? Meh, good thing I am not touching the ground! Thrown boulders? Duck down in the water for a second. I actually think that this would be pretty close. The only thing he would have to worry about would be the Force Grip, unless it just slams him back into the pot! Cookie would probably win because he would wait out Azil until she did something stupid.
Jun 27th 2011 9:21AM I would have restricted myself to no more than two toons on one server. I think there is a lot of other things I miss out by serving my alt-itis. I dont have time to do other things like achievements or pets or raiding or holidays or dailies or lots of other things because I am maintaining a stable of so many characters. I liked levelling them but now that they are all 85, I cant just pick one as my main.
Jun 17th 2011 12:41AM How did no one ask? Mr Fox, now that you are a one copper shy millionaire, what are you going to do with all the money?!?
Jun 15th 2011 1:15AM You know, its funny. I JUST heard a commercial for WOW.COM on AOL Internet radio just yesterday for the first time. I think it is supposed to be like a Groupon clone. I had no desire to visit it though. What really made me cranky was that I thought it was a commercial for WoW Insider at first.
May 28th 2011 9:14PM I have to go with Magicjamie here. I usually play about 15-20 levels doing whatever. Then I put all of my talents on the bars to see what I have available and look up Elitist Jerks. I compare their specs and rotations with how I figured out how I like to play and modify the talents accordingly with helpful soloing skills. It makes it super comfortable to progress. Save the so-called top spec for raiding.
May 28th 2011 8:41PM I know it seems silly but for those of us in non-raid gear, I would love to see these numbers for lower ilevels. Fury is my offspec and I am in Heroic dungeon gear. I wish I knew offsetting to look for.
