I'm still using the blue penis that drops in Naxx-10 off Razuvious. This is the only item in the game that makes me glad that shifting into tree-form hides my gear!

Sep 1st 2009 10:43PM WoW has been in development since somewhere like 2001, where things like 64bit memory address spaces were but a twinkle in the eye for anyone not regularly using a high-end expensive piece of hardware (or a poor soul with an Itanium).
Odds are porting the codebase to be 64bit aware wont happen anytime soon. Making it Large Address Space aware might be a possibility, but how many people see a SINGLE copy of WoW using 3gig+ of ram? Multiple copies runnning at once on the same machine isn't an issue, they'll all use however much ram they want.
Hell, look at how much trouble they're having / had getting Hunter's to not use ammo, or Rogues' to Vanish properly, or adjusting the Druid Catform's hitbox.
As for DX10, why? Most game engines that were built for D8/9 and then 'optimised' for DX10 ran slower as a result... Graphical enhancements? There's a lot they can do to WoW on a DX9-engine to make it look nicer (boosting model polygon counts, texture sizes, etc), which would be a better use of development time than jury-rigging the current renderer for DX10.
TLDR; No. Not going to happen. *troll troll*

Ret and Holy can go too, if they'd like, but its my Protty friends who'll benefit the most! Atleast we can have full mana while vendoring the Anguish chain rewards...
Aug 11th 2009 9:48PM As Lesley is sight-impaired she may have difficulty seeing if the ability is on cooldown and as a result relies on the audio feedback and spamming the skill to ensure it does what it has to do when it's allowed to.
