WoW Rookie: A character by any other name would be so weak {WoW}

Mar 25th 2009 7:44PM well, mine is panda and a mish-mash of geek and dork, a tag I'm proud to wear. My alts are all named after Transformers that generally only got two lines of dialogue an episode

A plea against vehicle combat {WoW}

Feb 17th 2009 7:05PM All this crying and wailing and moaning would be hilarious if it wasn't so damned pathetic. It's ONE encounter in ONE raid which hasn't even made it to the PTR, with barely any details aside from having one boss and that the vehicles will probably scale with gear, and here come the players moaning that it's a game breaker. How's about, you know, WAITING until the raid is released, playing through it and THEN seeing if it's such a game breaker or a bad mechanic?

More free character transfers open for the EU {WoW}

Jan 30th 2009 4:10AM I've been trying to persuade my guild to move to Magtheridon for ages, now we have absolutely no reason to not at least discuss the move

Blizzcast episode 7 released {WoW}

Jan 29th 2009 5:39PM I'm going to guess at Tirion's Gambit, seems like a logical place to finish up act two with Icecrown topping it off.

Two Bosses Enter: Keristrasza vs. Cyanigosa {WoW}

Jan 22nd 2009 7:15PM Does anyone know who does Keristrasza's voice, because it sounds a hell of a lot like Sigourney Weaver as the crazy ship in Futurama.

Oh and Keristrasza would win, easily.

The Queue: A curse upon you, interlopers {WoW}

Jan 13th 2009 6:22PM It's the hollowed out stump in the middle of Grizzly Hills. Here's a bit more from WowWiki:

"The elves planted a world tree in Northrend, Vordrassil. But for reasons long forgotten, something went wrong with its growing and it had to be torn down and abandoned. Sometime after this, the furbolgs moved in, and fell victim to the same corruption that befell Vordrassil."
