Mar 18th 2010 8:44AM As a Mage.
-Ask if there is need for a table or if people are good on food and water.
-Arcane Brilliance, more mana less downtime.
-Focus Magic on Healer - DPS is seldom a problem in heroics these days :)
-Molten Armor on myself
And off we go..
Feb 24th 2010 8:48AM EVE Online
Played the Beta, but waited almost a full year before I subscribed. Was moving and an untimely death of my computer delayed my start.. :)
My main account has been active since then and I have added a few through the years. Right now I have 4 active accounts..
Have also played WoW since about 3 months after launch of TBC, but EVE is the game that I always come back to.
Oct 28th 2009 9:54AM I started in the heavy end and started out with EVE Online.. :) I read about it somewhere on the internet, signed up for the beta and got in. I played it through beta, but never signed up because of computer issues. I opened my first account about one year after launch..
The reason I picked it was that my favourite all time game was Elite II Frontier, and the open ended style of the game together with the fact that it looked (and still looks) absolutely amazing was just to hard to resist..
Since then I have "gone down" to WoW, but have still kept my EVE accounts active..
Oct 28th 2009 9:47AM EVE Online, wihtout a doubt. I still have 4 active accounts, and log in only to change my skills. :) Not that I'm really waiting for anything to change, the only reason I stopped playing actively was a very busy WoW raiding schedule..
And with a girlfriend who also plays WoW I don't see me returning to 0.0 any time soon.. I will keep my accounts though as I could not imagine just leaving them after the years of work and time I have put into building them up..
I also take a look at WAR every now and them, but don't really see myself returning..
Sep 30th 2009 12:19PM My longest session was a few years back in EVE Online. Alarm clock op Friday morning which extended through the whole weekend and sometime during Saturday afternoon I apparently fell asleep on my keyboard camping a gate somewhere in a god-forsaken system in Immensea. Woke up a bit later the same day from the FC yelling on TS as all hell broke loose.
We defended and actually managed to hold the system and I logged off around 6 o'clock Sunday Morning.
So about 48 hours minus the hour or so that left a very nice keyboard pattern on the left side of my face... :)
Apr 16th 2009 2:55PM YPOWP was actually stealing from blizzard. Imagine if you got your money reimbursed by Blizzard and STILL got more given to you? You could actually get double the amount of credits or in effect play time. If you get say, a week off from Blizzard due to problems and that site gives you a week, you get two free weeks when you only deserved 1 according to Blizzard.
NO NO NO!!!!
Even if you got two weeks, only one of them was for free from where Blizzard is standing.. "You play..." still have to buy the playtime they give out from Blizzard..
So they didn't steal anything at all, unless they somehow got the time cards for free from Blizzard.. Which I very much doubt..
Apr 15th 2009 4:44AM Excellent, we lovez the lootz.. :)
Apr 14th 2009 9:55AM I fully understand Curse and WowInterface for doing this.
Unfortunately WoWMatrix had really nailed it in making a user friendly, fast and light weight app for keeping everything up to date and the clients that Curse and WowInterface offers are just not up to par..
I mean.. Flash-ads, having to install the client like a program, the program running like a service, auto-starting with windows.. Geeez, that´s absolute crap in my book..
If they feel WowMatrix was stealing from them, then steal right back and get a proper client instead of making it worse for all the users..
Jan 29th 2009 8:34AM SEXYTIME!!!!
OMFG, that made me laugh so hard.. My workmates probably thought I had gone insane.. :)
Jan 20th 2009 7:13AM In that case it will be interesting to see if you will be credited for quest you did while they were not counting towards the achievement..
