May 8th 2009 10:16PM WoW overall is a lifeless MMO. Stop QQing and just quit if you don't like it. I did, but still visit wowinsider in the hopes it has been revived....
May 2nd 2009 4:55PM Chris, you are right. WoW is sucking it big lately. The game has become mainstream, and for players like us, who liked the direction of the game pre-wrath, it's over. WoW will never again be what it was. It doesn't make sense to me though. WoW became popular using the old formula of hard raids and harder to earn gear. I don't know why they would change a proven formula. That makes very little business sense to me.
May 1st 2009 4:33PM Whatever. Just a game. It's not like them getting a world first is killing anyone. You people have far too much ego and self-worth invested in WoW if him using this item bothers you. The obsession a lot you have borders on sickness.
May 1st 2009 4:26PM If this guy is perma-banned, then the idiot that sent it to him should be perma-fired.

You "like" your characters? You do realize that they don't exist in a tangible fashion, and that they aren't "yours" right?
May 1st 2009 4:21PM It makes me sad that so many of you have so much self-worth and ego tied up in a game, and not a very good one at that.
Apr 29th 2009 6:43PM All I can say is LOL. I quit a couple weeks ago, and will check wowinsider from time to time to see if there is something that will make me want to come back. This is just the opposite. Have fun with your boring easy-mode game.
Apr 28th 2009 6:24PM What you are asking for here is too advanced of a role-playing element. WoW toons aren't supposed to be that customizable. If they were, it would make the game too complicated for most of the people that play now, not to mention the balance issues that it would be sure to create. Plus, most WoW players don't seem to be interested in stuff that doesn't contribute directly to DPS/TPS/HPS anymore.

It's hard for your guild because you are probably not good players. Naxx allowed "bad" players to get good gear, and feel like they are good at WoW, when they really not. Good gear does not make a good player.
Apr 27th 2009 2:08PM Difficulty isn't really the issue. New "endgame" content just isn't engrossing enough anymore. It isn't clever, it doesn't integrate the story well enough, and there are too many repeat mechanics. The whole thing feels recycled. Sure the pixels are different colors, but it doesn't feel new. All the hard modes do is make the endgame artificially long. There is no reason in the story line for them to exist. Blizzard shouldn't be allowed to call WoW an RPG anymore. If anything, I would call it a really long tutorial for a real RPG. It's kind of like the Mario RPG for MMORPGs....
