Jan 26th 2009 1:46PM Honestly, the silent bob approach only works for people who can actually do their job. In a recent heroic PuG, the tank spoke all of two times, and he was just terrible. Not only did he refuse to speak when spoken to, he refused to listen to requests for a change in his play style, which was continually wiping us. We found out soon after (through armory achievements) that he had never completed the instance, even on regular difficulty, and that made his lack of communication all the more infuriating.
I suppose if you can do the job, its fine if you don't want to speak, but its silent bob, and not deaf bob for a reason.
