Mar 30th 2012 9:56PM I miss when this column was about cool loot you can actually get...
Dec 7th 2010 1:24AM yes please!
Dec 6th 2010 10:17PM Here I is!
Aug 18th 2010 5:04PM Honestly I'm getting my mage ready to be my main in Cataclysm. Dispersion works to restore mana when I'm out of combat (or rocket booting through the gas trap after Saurfang). But once I got over the "oo I can turn into a gas cloud" factor it stopped being impressive for me. In PvP it keeps me alive for six more seconds before a warlock, ret pally or some other class destroys me (I go disc for BGs and Arenas now). And when it comes to mana regen I feel I had a better rotation with arcane torrent, consume magic and mana pots before they were removed/nerfed. From what I see it's not going to get any more fun or interesting in cata so I'm joining the evil mage empire so I can hopefully start to enjoy my class again. Also does anyone else feel like the "hybrid tax" only applies to casters? I know rogues and hunters do great dps but I see a lot of ret pallies, fury warriors and kitty druids topping almost all the charts I see them in. Sorry for the nerd raging. That is all... :P
Jan 13th 2010 2:43PM thanks for the great article...shadow priest posts have been lacking in this column. I'm glad they found a more than competent writer to take it on!
Oct 14th 2009 6:43PM I would love a new headset!!!
Jun 11th 2009 8:25AM As a Blood Elf shadow priest I find that our class has no real lore based backbone. Aside from the obvious definitions of how priests use faith to aid their specific factions I've found no real lore behind any of them. I think there could be a lot of room for interesting character storylines especially when it comes to the shadow aspect. Hopefully within the current or future expansions priests will have a chance to shine a little as almost all of the other classes have in the past.
Jan 28th 2009 6:34PM First of all I totally agree with the fact that WoW is much more forgiving on system requirements than other MMOs. I play on a Macbook Pro laptop and love the fact that most Blizzard games have always been available to both Windows and Mac platforms. I have had an issue with my display freezing from time to time ever since WOTLK arrived. I had no issues in BC, so I'm still trying to figure that out.
On a side note, I have been playing on a laptop for around 3 years now and I must say you can play the game using a touchpad just as easily as with a mouse. It takes a little getting used to (and a lot of people may think that you are insane). But I have had no issues.
