Encrypted Text: Rogue defenses need to lose the RNG {WoW}

Mar 25th 2009 2:06PM Rogues, as stated on the EJ forum, only NEED 315 hit (for Poison cap). THis 315 is lessend if you have a Boomkin/Shadow Priest in the raid.

"The following values assume that you have 5/5 Precision and that you are attacking a
level 83 mob: No Add'tnl Buffs -- Specials=99hit Poisons=315hit White=722 Imp FF/Misery Buff available -- Specials=99 Poisons=237 White=722"

And for the hell of it:

'Expertise Rating
For 6.5% boss dodge chance (26/26 expertise):
26 expertise (214 expertise rating) to cap.
16 expertise (132 expertise rating) to cap for rogues with 2/2 Weapon Expertise."

and this...

"Reaching the white hit cap was never necessary. How ever as Poisons are more important in WotLK the EP Value of Hit decreased as the white Dmg part did. So once you reach 237hit (asuming Misery or impr FF) Hit is still nice to have but valued lower then Haste or Expertise"

Now, i'd say from that statement, if you know your guild isnt runnign with a boomkin... get yourself to 315.. gems/enchants plus the NON-TIER gear slots shouls have you all figured out.

*I* have 4 pieces of t7, and havent had a single issue getting to hitcap.... initially, yes, it was harder, but there is gear out there for you. Our Tier gear doesnt specifically NEED +hit, with all the other gear that is out there with it.

WoW, Casually: Tips for keeping your account safe {WoW}

Feb 5th 2009 5:53PM Its not questhelper that is the issue, its the site they are obtaining it from.
WoWInterface and Curseforge seem to be doing a good job at keeping the "issues" out these days.
Just be prudent about scanning the file before unzipping it, and above all else, dont run any .exe included in any addons.
