Jun 2nd 2011 6:15AM I didn't really understand it either. The glyph likely increases all of the imp's damage. Since the imp only has 1 damaging spell it only applies to firebolt. If the glyph can affect other pets the damage of all their spells would be increased too, since it's not specific to firebolt.
May 4th 2011 10:17PM I was excited for a second. I thought Ghostcrawler came through on his promise for a Moose. Well... I guess I'll just have to keep wishing.
Apr 26th 2011 7:24AM When did the blue say that the PTR was still up? I was on Wowhead and they have a link to a blue comment saying 4.1.0 PTR Testing Is Over.
Apr 23rd 2011 12:26AM Can we still do ZA on 10 man? I'm wondering if I should get the achievement before Tuesday.
Mar 18th 2011 6:34PM I want it!
Jan 19th 2011 6:41AM Like people said before I'm sure it has to do with the fact that it's a hotfix. What it means, I believe, is while you have to have the higher base mana to cast the spell it only takes the lower base mana.
As an example, Fireball requires 16% base mana to cast, but only consumes 12% of base mana.
In this case my mage has to have enough mana so that he will be at, or above, 16% to be able to cast the spell. When I cast the spell though I will only use 12%. So if I was at 16% before casting I would be at 4% now.
But if I was below 16% before casting I wouldn't be able to cast because you require 16% to do that, even though the spell only uses 12%.
Not as helpful as a complete fix but it's a very big help.
Jan 11th 2011 11:27PM I've been planning on leveling Archaeology so the guide to Archaeology will be great help. That's my favorite article of those listed.
