i know that MC droped some t2 items..but at that time t2 was placeholder graphics.
that priest is showing t2 trancedence halo that looked like a yellow turban with a red feather a long time AFTER bwl was released.
(i remember wiping on vael with my friend priest have a turban).

Jan 15th 2010 9:07AM outdoor bosses are quite hard to implement with the 10-25 paradigm.
if u need 40 ppl to kill it..there is no guild now that can summon that many players.
if u need only 25.. u can zerg it with 30.
if they can find a way to limit a raid to 25, outdoor bosses will be feasible again
