He could have done all those things...but it was an article about professions. Maybe next time.
Also, another added benefit to fishing/cooking (at least in northrend) is that the food you cook from fish restores health and mana whereas found meat only gives health.
May 4th 2009 1:12PM I don't drop Pug players from raids I lead. If guildies miss the start of a pug I let them know they have the next spot to open up. If a player is underperforming some of the other raid members are usually pretty quick to point it out (quite harshly in some cases) and it either improves or they get fed up and leave, thus opening a spot for your guildie.
Apr 13th 2009 3:17PM Great read as always!
Just a couple things:
1) be sure you get your life taps in before the decimate timer runs out. There is usually a bit of a delay, but I have spent the rest of Gluth on the floor from tapping exactly as decimate was cast because I wasn't watching the timer when I went to tap.
2) Demo/Destro hybrids also make great tanks for 4hm. We're not as stong on the self heals but take a lot less damage thanks to soul link and the fel hounds master demo talent.
Apr 8th 2009 9:15AM Bout time for another troll raid, imo. That massive building above gundrak for instance.
(horrible pun now that i read that :/)
Apr 7th 2009 8:45AM For a slightly different perspective: A FG/Emberstorm lock is fine for webs. Immo > Incin, if its not dead it will be within a tick or two of immolate. Your pet keeps up his dps on the boss while you take 3.5 seconds of cast time (assuming fairly normal haste levels at this point) to free someone. If you position yourself correctly all you have to do is turn around and you should be in range of most webs.
Also, I can confirm that you can have your pet break you out of webs if your backup is a little slow for your tastes.
