Feb 13th 2009 12:33PM I don't want to come off as elitist, but I really have a hard time seeing what use dual specs are to people who aren't locked into a set spec for raiding purposes. If you're not raiding regularly, you can have whatever spec you want all the time. Want to PvP nonstop? Keep a PvP spec. Want to farm? Keep a farm spec. The only people truly respeccing on a consistent basis are those raiding during the week and then going to a farm or PvP spec for the off nights.

And honestly, if you want to see what playing a healer is like before 80, go RESPEC. It's not like they're taking away your ability to ever respec until 80. The dual spec system is just making it easier on people who use two specs on a very regular basis, ie at least 1-2 respecs a week. Less QQ and more rational thought.
