Aug 10th 2009 10:28AM Honestly Matt...Stick to one class. Ur very simplistic when it comes to your views on the shaman. But are very good at pointing out simple, obvious things. I have personally never read your warrior column, so I don't know how big of a difference that is...but please...
Elemental shamans have gotten a HUGE boost from the patch...Mainly, the GW change. Although nothing in particular was changed in the elemental tree, it definetly recieved WAY more help from this patch than Enhancement.
May 28th 2009 6:43PM Blizz has already said that they don't want to put tank stats on pvp gear. I think it was back in like s2 or 3. Something about how they don't want tanks just grabbing pvp gear because it would have higher stam and stuff than pve gear. The only thing that pvp gear provides a tank right now is scaling resilience with defense. I don't remember exactly what the equation is...but so much resi = a small amount of defense.
Feb 12th 2009 5:31PM I have played a shaman since BC. All the way from Kara to killing KJ in SWP. As Enhancement. I love the class, but, as been mentioned, the only real way to tell what the shaman does is by looking at what Totem he has equipped.
Personally, I think, it would be pretty awesome to see each spec have its own totems. Instead of any type of shaman being able to drop every totem (Save Wrath and Mana Tide). Although a lot of shamans would bitch, it would give the shaman a real feel for each spec.
I now play a warlock btw...and I find it more enjoyable...way more survivability, more dps, and IDK...its cool to die and still get the HK.
