Breakfast Topic: How do you keep WoW fresh? {WoW}

Jun 12th 2011 2:30AM As much as I love WOW. When I get bored, that's just my self telling me to start spending more time on other games. So I just go with the flow and play other games...... Till I start wanting to play WOW again -_-

Must.... Have....My....Fix....

The Queue: The cool guys {WoW}

May 8th 2011 12:53PM Lemme rephrase.

Any chance Blizz will put the remote guild chat in their armory website like the remote auction house? It's nice that I can chat with my guildies in game through my phone. But, when I'm in the office, keyboard > thumb board.

Breakfast Topic: What real-life skills has WoW helped you develop? {WoW}

Apr 17th 2011 8:10AM Human Resource Management and Guild Leading.

You'll be surprised on how similar those two are.

Breakfast Topic: What's your favorite WoW symbol? {WoW}

Apr 9th 2011 10:15AM Almost forgot. Looks awesome on a polo shirt.

Breakfast Topic: What's your favorite WoW symbol? {WoW}

Apr 9th 2011 10:14AM I find the Horde symbol to be eloquent, beautifully symmetrical, simple enough to be recognizable in any color or in any distorted form...

... and just plain bad ass.

Apr 5th 2011 5:23AM Do you guys think one of criteria that they will consider for the next hero class (if there are any) is for gear balancing?

Like right now, we kinda need more leather (DPS and Spell cast) or mail class (DPS and also spell class). Especially the mail/leather spell caster.

A witch doctor comes to mind. Or maybe a shadow hunter? :D

WoW Rookie: Understanding mitigation versus stamina for tanking {WoW}

Mar 10th 2011 2:29PM In all seriousness,

That 5 percent mitigation/avoidance is gonna worth a whole lot of mana at the long run.

It is true that many move is unavoidable. But those like dragon breath and the likes, it only accounts to a few scenario that happens during the fight.

Just imagine this scene in a raid:

Dragon breaths are usually noted on DBM, just say your healer anticipates this and he will top you up before a breath. Regardless of how much mitigation/avoidance you got, you will receive the same amount of damage that is true. But what about the rest of the fight which probably account 70-80 percent of the damage that CAN be mitigated?

Right now I'm at 152k health (unbuffed) and I regularly tank (With my warrior) both Halfus and a dragon on my face every week. And I just can't imagine having an additional 10k health will help me survive that.

Mar 10th 2011 1:56PM I don't get this. Aren't we (tanks) supposed to blame the DPS for a wipe and the dps blame the healers?

What's your voice comm system of choice? {WoW}

Mar 9th 2011 10:23PM What the person just said above.

Voice normalization is just too good to pass up. No more "that guy who speaks too loud/too low" anymore!

Also the low latency is just crazy. When our guild got Mumble, we tried it by watching the same TV show and see if the sound sync and OMG wow very surprised with our little experiment on mumble's performance.

Also new in their ver 1.2.3 you can have voice priority so raid leaders don't need to shout the loudest anymore.

And we haven't had any problem with pugs when we requested for them to use it. All of them had no problem installing and setting it up (with a few that needs extra attention).
