Feb 19th 2009 1:57AM Primarily aimed at healers, and I'm sorry towards the caster DPS who moan (but still have a fairly easy time with mana in WotLK), but has anyone here ever healed pre-BC? Maybe you would remember when, even with downranking, that managing both your mana and keeping the tank/raid alive for more than five minutes actually meant something.
People are really taking this nerf as the end-all-be-all of the healer classes, when they really just need to learn that at one time it was much more difficult to be a good healer (in terms of mana maintenance) than it is today, and it bothers me to no end. I'm sorry you won't have more than 80% of your mana for most of the fight. Please learn how to manage your mana accordingly.
