May 19th 2011 8:15PM I really dont think we'll see epic gems in only the second raiding tier, they werent released with SSC/TKE and they werent released with Ulduar.
But having cut gems stack, that is an awesome change, i woulda loved that back in wrath when i was heavy into the gem market.

Yes in that the trees seem well balanced across each class while still giving a very different feel, and yes that theyre a bit simpler and there are sometimes a few extra points to put somewhere 'fun'.
No in that there's still a myriad of talents that "increase x by y%", although there are fewer. And no in that while in some specs there may be a few points of flexibility, but there is still generally a 'correct' cookie cutter build. But I think it would be impossible for them to make ANY spec workable without talents becoming meaningless.

May 12th 2011 12:17PM They've done away with most of that stuff thankfully, gameplay > lore. A lot of mechanical mobs in BC were immune to poison (loot reaver, the gatekeepers from mechanar), but now that poison issuch a big chunk of rogue dps, thankfully xt and mimi weren't.
