May 12th 2011 12:12PM Heh, we did that in wrath, the bank got cleaned out and the only thing in the last tab was a stack or two of bullets (before they went grey) and we would unstack them to spell stuff out.
May 9th 2011 4:45PM I've found that the not as skilled players know who they are and generally dont mind being benched because they dont want to hold everyone back. The ones we have are happy to sit out for progression and get brought in on bosses that we have on farm that our core group doesnt need loot from. They get gear, get to see the encounters, probably wont cause a wipe and have to feel guilty about it, and the better players get a bit of a break and get to log on an hour or so later than normal once we get back to progression.
If youve got 12-13 players for a 10 man who are all equally good and are on time and ready to go every raid night, well it sucks sitting out hoping someones internet will go out, or even worse, seeing gear that you needed drop on the night youre subbed out.
May 5th 2011 2:32PM It true the recolors will depend on your spec?
May 5th 2011 1:09PM Excuse my ignorance if I'm wrong, I dont pvp much, but I went through several full sets in wrath just from voa, but aren't the pvp set bonuses always the same? Just because it's one less thing for them to have to balance each time?
May 5th 2011 11:03AM Autocorrect on my phone. Outdid became kudos somehow.
May 5th 2011 10:09AM Everybody should get loremaster of cata, they really kudos themselves this time, and every zone ends in some awesome giant battle, really worth doing.
May 5th 2011 10:00AM How about something crazy and speculative bridging Warcraft and Starcraft? Tens of thousands of years in the future, the Old gods have been defeated, but destroying Azeroth in the process and the titans and legion have also been defeated/ faded out. Most of the mortal races have died out and forgotten magic, we're left with the humans, and the Draenei and silithid becoming the Protoss and Zerg respectively.
Apr 26th 2011 1:59PM I just had to temporarily uninstall Portal 2 to make room for the patch. Any chance blizz could do something to reduce the ridiculous size of our WoW folders? Say choose to delete BC and WotLK content and if you try to go to Outland or Northrend you get popped back and a message like when you dont own the expansion.
I know hard drives are getting bigger all the time, and this just isnt an issue for a lot of people, but more and more are using smaller SSDs as their system drives. My WoW folder is 25gb. On a formatted 80gb hard drive, with all my programs and everything i have room for WoW, TF2 and one other game basically. And then if i want to play something else its a several hour wait to re-download whatever from steam.
Apr 14th 2011 4:33PM Raven Lord finally dropped for me last night, mount number 115. Can finally cross H-SkH off my daily list.
Keep forgetting to see if i can solo H-UP...
Apr 8th 2011 3:33PM BUT. Keep in mind that theres no way currently for alliance players to get a non-skeletal or non-feathered (which is probably more paleontologically correct) raptor anymore.
