Oct 10th 2011 5:10AM You are also decked out in t12 content. I'll admit that specifically mentioning t13 was incorrect. My own BM hunter is t11, and that's where I made the mistake of "one tier higher". No BM coming from Cho'Gall and Nef can produce a 30k crit. Once you're wearing orange instead of green, then I'm confident you can produce the needed number.
It's not just the actual kill command though, when Rageface jumps across the battlefield to start face raging, arrows are still faster than pets. A t12 BM is more than likely going to be beaten to the punch by one of the casters.
If you are faster than they, congratulations, but my point is that a raid new to the Firelands is going to need its hunters MM for that one fight. And if they're enforcing for one fight, it's likely they'll insist on the same spec for the others.
Oct 8th 2011 3:07PM You have considered that one reason MM is doing to much is that Shannox requires that spec, right? It'll be t13 before BM can manage a natural 30k kill command crit, and Survival's biggest hit is a dot. So if you have to be MM for one fight, why not stay MM for the others? Especially if you have to be MM in the first place because it's the only spec that hits hard enough.
Sep 14th 2011 4:08AM Crappy McWeaksauce was a "loaner" mount offered at K3 in Storm Peaks to help you get around if you did not have northrend flying or, i think, even a flying mount at all.
Aug 29th 2011 4:43PM Intersting article, but at the end of Throne of Tides, Ozumat doesn't escape with Neptulon. The squid flees and the Lord of Water gives chase; probably to banish the kraken from the realm or return it to his control.
Aug 17th 2011 3:24PM That was inspiring.
Aug 13th 2011 2:20PM To be fair, it probably would take nipple crabs to make fishing exciting.

Technically speaking, any player-controlled human walking the world (of Warcraft) is Stormwind kingdom born and raised. They look North and not see ancient cousins struck by tragedy, they see the Lich King's Scourge roaming around what were once human-held lands and the Horde that butchered their King's father and sacked thier city a generation ago claiming control.
Accurate? Not at all, but kind of right at the widest, fuzziest possible scope. But no one is going to waste time looking at the problem any deeper, as far as Alliance are concerned. Horde accepted that there's a difference between Forsaken and Scourge. Silvermoon seems to be happy that Sylvannas is still strutting about.
Though let's be honest, we all are. /growl
If Calia Menethil is alive and well, she is not going to be seen anywhere North of Kaz Modan. Honestly, I hope she stays hidden for her own sake. If Varian gets his hands on her she becomes a rallying cry to "Take Back" Lorderon for the Living. If Varion has lost all decency along with most of his marbles, Political Marriage so that He can try to claim the throne to keep it "safe". If she does step foot in her Old Kingdom, if she's not killed outright, mistaken as an Alliance spy, then once Sylvannas gets word of her that's it. When the Former Ranger General of Silvermoon wants you dead/found, you're hers.
Jul 28th 2011 7:19PM I'm certain there was a line when this went from joke article to serious, but I'm not sure where it is.
I think it was the line before: "Scattered Shots is dedicated to helping you learn everything it takes to be a hunter."
Also, HTFU is a new one for me. Hold The Fondue, Undra?
Jul 8th 2011 4:11PM Green is Red's compliment color, change your hair to that.
Jul 7th 2011 3:57PM That cunning and ferocity are practically equal in damage output is a good thing, Frost. The Cunning tree is the home to the less common raid buffs, like 4% Physical and 8% spell, that 10man raids don't always have. I will agree that Carrion Feeder needs to go. It had an awkward place when pet happiness had to be managed, but now that it's simply a post fight heal, it has lost any appeal.
