Mar 28th 2009 3:10PM Capturing South GY being a bad idea isn't because of map or game design, but because of the herd mentality of the players to instantly engage the enemy and not go back for tanks or move forward for charges.
The opposing team is pushed back in to the keep, which they also have a time waste to run forward and stop the tanks if they die.
It just seems so bad because pretty much anytime you get a full turtle at Yellow, you've got no chance. Even rolling out 4 tanks in a row, they'll die before the relic is breached, and you likely won't have time to repeat.

Use farther when relating to an actual distance, and further when relating to a figurative distance..
Feb 24th 2009 7:55PM 1000g not that bad? In 4 years I think I might have only spent 2,000g on respecs.
Not that good is more like it.
Feb 21st 2009 10:29PM Maybe instead of focusing on fixing the former FOTMs like Rogue and Warlock, you could look at the few classes that have never represented well in the arena?
Feb 21st 2009 10:26PM I have to agree, I totally flashed on the "FOTM" switch when reading this. It's sad that you get a guy that's just going to change to whatever works to succeed, but also still revels in attention for being rated highly.
I play several classes, my favorite at the moment is Rogue, yes they need survivability, but to sit there and act like the claims that healer distress in PvP is over exaggerated when you can hide behind three shields, plate, the longest total CC Stun in the game, and heals, while completely ignoring the plight of Shaman healers shows how out of touch this Class-jumper is.
