Blood Pact: Meet the minions part 5, the infernal and doomguard {WoW}

Jan 5th 2010 1:45AM My Doomguard is usually a "we just tried this and died at 1%" or "those guys aren't taking good enough care of the adds" etc solution.
Plus, when I bring him out, the people that go "What the hell is that!" make it worthwhile :D

World of Warcraft 3.1 PTR Patch Notes {WoW}

Feb 24th 2009 3:55AM "Added a new recipe for the Titansteel Spellblade."
.... If this is the non-mace-wielding correspondent to the Titansteel Guardian ( then I will be a happy, happy warlock indeed.

The Siphon Life adjustment is going to be interesting. Since the notes are incomplete there's no way of knowing if the Corruption damage will be increased along with the 40% return or not. If not, it might be a nerf, but I don't care.
I'll have a shiny new spellblade+offhand to finally laugh at all those mace-wielding druids who used to laugh at warlocks and mages!

Blood Pact: Warlock's guide to gearing for Naxx {WoW}

Feb 24th 2009 12:26AM I quite like this article.
As other people have said, a few things were omitted, namely the *cheap-pvp* items (anything you can get after running around WG/getting honor) such as the titan-forged/hateful gladiator items, and the 'harder' heroics (personally I quite like HOcc, it's a bit of a unique flavor though), but as you did mention a fair few times throughout the document, you were mainly pointing towards +hit items for those who aren't quite all there yet (I know when I first dinged 80, I had ignored +hit altogether! Bad noob, bad noob) It is something that people, when gearing up, do quite often ignore and then at 80, all of a sudden they need it like nothing else.

Kudos on the article, expect to see more soon!
