May 25th 2009 3:54AM I have to agree with a lot of the comments here. I don't like the new set up. It feels off-balance compared to the old design. Now the articles are all pushed to the left.
The old design was smooth and it flowed well .. now I feel like I'm reading a bunch of shoe boxes lined up in a row filled mostly with adds. Previously the wonderful conent and news that you and you great team produced were the star of the show and now it's the adds.
The ability to grey out comments from readers makes it even worse as not only do we have the boxes of adds and articles we also have the varying degrees from blue to grey with the comments.
I don't feel comfortable reading the articles now due to the way the site "feels". The adds and the shoebox feel need to go so that once again the focus is drawn to what you all do so well.. the articles that you write about WoW. I can't really see myself visiting as much as I have in the past. Visiting Wow Inisder felt like ... well.. .like a cozy cottage with a blazing fire that I could sit next to and read. This feels like a dark cave filled with adds and ..... boxes.
Feb 24th 2009 7:19AM I have to agree as well with the poster above me. There are plenty of time sinks in the game already.. but they have to turn everything into a way to take up even more time. There is enough to keep me busy for the coming six months. Yes, I know that's the nature of an MMO but really.. is that the ONLY way they can come up with to keep us playing, by creating more and more gold sinks?
Feb 24th 2009 7:11AM Personally I too am getting really sick of the "pay to play" attitude. No wonder gold farmers are making tons of money. In this day in age when we are constantly bombarded in the news and in our own lives about money I am getting pretty tired of WoW being so focused on it as well.
I think duel specs should be a positive thing for all players to enjoy and not just those with lots of time on their hands to farm money. Currently I am trying to buy epic flyers on three other characters, much less now having to sink gold into dual spec as well. As someone else mentioned, really nice going WoW taking one of the most positive aspects of the game to come along in awhile and making it just another irritation.
There should be no gold required for this and anyone above level 70 should be able to learn this skill.
