Spiritual Guidance: Handling Incoming AoE as Discipline {WoW}

Apr 21st 2009 11:27AM @ Gothia and anyone else reading the garbage he wrote

Please see above. That thread from elitist jerks should give you enough information.
Gothia I think your arguments and points of discussion are weak and they don't stand. The insults were also unnecessary. No one is taking you seriously. I mean, really...

Do you even currently have a raiding priest atm? If you really have one and are honest about improving your skills as a priest, you should try out a disc PvE spec.

It's hard to believe that there are players out there like you who claim to be knowledgeable about the priest class and not know how viable the new and improved discipline tree has become in PvE. That changed a while back.
The days of disc as a pure PvP spec is long over Gothia. Spells are different, talents are different.

One could almost conclude that Gothia is a troll ....or simply uninformed. Gothia if you do have a raiding priest in a hardcore raiding guild, which I'm a bit skeptic about at this point if you do, go and try discipline out. You might actually like it. I know I did.

I started raiding as Holy back in TBC and would spec Disc for PvP. Once WotLK came out, I heard about the changes they made to Disc tree and decided to give it a try for PvE. Now I love absolutely love the spec. My dual specs are holy and disc. Why? Talk about versatility, the priest class now is now one of the most flexible healing classes there are thanks to dual specs.

I can go on and on, but it's not necessary.
In conclusion, Gothia please do some research on the spec, try it out and then come back to us once you've actually tried it and watched it in action.
Any serious and knowledgeable end game raiding guild leader will tell you that having a Disc priest in their line up is WIN.

Raid Rx: Addons for the healing lead {WoW}

Feb 25th 2009 10:39AM @ rundeian...

wow man, who pissed in your corn flakes this morning?... LOL.
Seriously, leave the personal attack comments out of it. If this article proves to be insightful/ helpful to someone who is considering how they themselves would like to arrange healing assigments now or in the future, then it has served it's purpose.

Why all the hate?

An experienced healing leader will direct their healers for what is most effective with their current raid. This article is just highlighting a few options for them. Those bad healers you were referencing might just be inexperienced and this article maybe, just maybe, might provide useful to their respective leaders to help them improve.

Keep the personal BS out of it.
