Mar 21st 2009 5:21PM I'm actually kind of optimistic about the need for spirit on mages. All too often I've heard healers QQ about mages rolling on a cloth drop just because "it has spirit and mages don't need that". Now I can actually have a rebuttle planned.
Mar 12th 2009 10:50AM Thanks for the tip, I'll hit it up tonight.
Mar 12th 2009 9:19AM I'm a mage, so it's a good thing I haven't gotten sick of mana strudels yet. My cooking is woefully inadiquate, so buffing food is normally scrounged off guildies. I've only recently had my last Ravager Omlette from Outland.
Feb 27th 2009 11:37AM Oh god yes. I spent aaages doing that with my very first WoW character. I look back now and think "Why did I even bother".
Feb 27th 2009 8:22AM Most frustrating time for me was when I was first running The Nexus with my tankadin shortly after the release of the expansion. With a group of 70 - 72 characters fresh out of Outland, it was quite challenging and we probably wiped 4 or 5 times. We got to Keristrasza and I filled everyone in about the moving/jumping trick to the fight. The healer refused to do it. Flat out refused to move while healing.
We tried 2 or 3 times but we kept wiping. Everyone got a little emotional in stressing the absolute need to move during the fight, but she was having none of it. It was 2am on a week night at this point, so we couldn't PuG a new healer. We basically threw in the towel and had to do it all again at the weekend. I didn't have a good day at work after that.
