Oct 7th 2009 6:27PM Priests already have a glyph that effectively does this...Glyph of Renew. It makes the spell heal for more per tick, but not last as long. Its the same amount of healing in a shorter time period.
I used that glyph for a while, but then decided I needed better glyphs and got rid of it. Now, I actually prefer my HoT ticking more slowly in most situations. If I need more healing quickly, I will cast a one-shot heal rather than a HoT. If I have a spare GCD to top off a DPS, I'll just throw a renew on them (or CoH in some cases, but that's somewhat irrelevant). But if I am pre-HoTing, I want it to last longer. If damage is trickling in, I want it to last longer. However, on tanks, I want it to be faster because they are taking damage faster.
I would think that for druids, this would make rolling HoTs on a 25-man raid more difficult to keep up with, and they tend to stack the most haste. As a priest, I don't really care one way or the other, since they are both pros and cons. But you can be sure I won't burn a glyph for the effect, since I already got rid of that glyph.

Jun 17th 2009 1:58AM although the vehicle health scales from only the driver, I believe there is also turret health (probably only on the siege engine). if the vehicle goes to 0, you both get kicked out; but if you have a very undergeared person on turret, they may get kicked out of the vehicle before the driver if you take enough damage
May 27th 2009 4:06PM If you want to be focused on raid healing, a CoH hybrid build can give you stronger group healing than deep holy. IMO deep holy is a hybrid healing role build, since the end of the tree is single-target focused, but the tree has all of the raid talents in it. With a quality CoH hybrid build, you can get the stat buffs in the disc tree combined with the raid healing talents in the holy tree for a very powerful healer. I used this build when I was a bit undergeared for Naxx but wanted to get in there, and with buffs to my overall spirit plus spellpower from my spirit, I suddenly had a ton more spellpower. And that was before 3.1, when I wanted to bring improved divine spirit into a 10-man that had no disc priest.
May 27th 2009 3:13AM I think it would be nice if these special forms actually allowed a bit of customization on the look like you can do with the basic character. Let trees change the color of their bark and leaves; let moonkin use some of the different colors used in various mobs throughout the game; and let the cats use some of the many cat skins available in the game. I don't like the fact that every single horde/alliance druid looks identical in these forms...but the dances they give the trees and the moonkin are pretty sweet.
May 7th 2009 12:09PM those numbers look way better to me for disc. i almost choked when i saw that MP5 was valued the highest by bob. i have actually replaced any gems and enchants that I had previously for MP5 because the only time i run OOM is in PvP battle.

Mar 4th 2009 4:57PM they skip the second half of the article, and then make fun of others for their reading comprehension of quest text...probably the same people who complain over and over in trade chat that people everyone else is wasting space by not posting WTS/WTB ads. disclaimer: i do think trade chat should be used for trade and that general chat should be made capital-wide in cities.
i think it is a nice feature, especially since it can be toggled for the purists. but personally, i got sick of reading most quests a few levels in when i realized there were only a couple quest formulas for the majority of quests. there are very few quests that are truly unique, which i also think is understandable...the game has a huge number of quests at this point.
