Jul 16th 2010 4:48PM they should sell mugs like that, I'd totally buy one :D

actually that still kinda makes pirates better :D
Jan 26th 2010 2:20AM I wonder if it extends it 6 seconds EVERY time you hit with it. if it extends it indefinitely, it may be better to weave in a frost or earth shock into the mix. it'll be interesting to see if i ever get my 4set
Jan 24th 2010 5:31AM I've only had one bad experience with the "low numbers jerk".
His name was Ermax of Deathwing.
My friends and I filled the dps team, a rogue a boomkin and my elemental shaman.he was the tank. Shortly into CoS he starts insulting the dps, particular the rogue who was pulling about 1600 at that point. my boomkin friend, not one to take that kind of thing sitting down, begins fighting with him. the tank calls him unskilled for, at that point, just hitting about 2100. At this point i joined my boomkin friend in the arguement. the last thing i said to him was that he had no justification in lableing anyone a bad/unskilled player when the rogue in (still in pvp gear), the boomkin (half in pvp gear) and I (pulling about 3300dps) we're ALL PULLING AGGRO OFF HIM CONSTANTLY, AFTER letting him have some time to establish himself. after that i ignored him, so i have no idea how he responded but I assume he shut up at that point as he actually started doing his job.
We made the timer for the extra boss with 2 minutes to spare and downed him. he rolled on the drake he had said he didn't care about and already had.
the rogue finished 1800, the boomkin about 2400 and i finished at 3400.'
Also: sad to hear about the boomkin who had to heal. i've had similar circumstances where i had to poop some emergency healz, but they were met with much appreciation. on my shaman.

Agreed. i know im capable of doing AT LEAST 3.6 to 4k myself, so as long as they're trying it's practically impossible to fall below the minimum dps needed to finish a heroic.
it annoys me when people try to kick for under geared newcomers
It's not like it's gonna make my job any harder.
Jan 24th 2010 3:46AM nice article. Some other tips from a blood knight.
having multiple diseases applied to a target increases the damage of many of our major abilities, so keeping them removed if you can should be a priority regardless of spec, as it nerfs their damage and forces them to reapply them thus wasting runes.
Also Blood knights have heart strike, witch does a fair amount of damage to 2 targets, if glyphed snares for 50%, and if speced for deathrunes can potentially spam 6 times in a row. not sure what advice to give on avoiding this other than trying to get him to waste his deathrunes or try and figure when he's going to chain these and pop a defensive CD.
and finally, Dancing rune weapon will repeat any move the DK does for 50% damage including applying a second set of diseases. fortunately it has a short duration, so if you see a floating weapon do your best to avoid him for 18 seconds or so.
Nov 17th 2009 9:50AM AGREED. i think the biggest with the arenas right now is the lack of weapons available. kinda make me wonder how many of these guys are beating me with sharp pointy purples I'll never see while I'm still using pride/greed.
Oct 18th 2009 3:17PM Unless you like healing you probably wouldn't like shaman very much either
Oct 11th 2009 4:26AM battleground and arena fame(or infamy) as an enhancement shaman.
a hard fought, well-earned victory is a thing of beauty.
Oct 4th 2009 12:27PM you know, since i heard the mention of garrosh kicking everybody but taurens and orcs out of the middle of ogrimmar, i've been kind of wondering if that means the cleft of shadow, wich might indicate some future treachery on garrosh's part, considering the burning blade is there in ragefire chasm.
were this the case, recruited grimtotems wouldn't surprise me.
