Sep 7th 2009 8:49AM Datalore Smallsphere is a reference to shortround from temple of doom, continuing the indiana reference from harrison jones. might also be a goonies reference too now that i think of it (character named data in it i believe played by the same child actor?)
Aug 10th 2009 3:59AM I would also like to vouch for stoneclaw totem glyph. it is an absolute must for the pvping shaman. combined with maelstrom weapon and bloodlusting my feral spirits, I've been in some arena matches where they decide i wasn't worth the effort and move over to my teammates (who where unfortunately undergeared). still kinda squishy but it helps.
Aug 8th 2009 9:04AM I might also recommend looking into certain bits of pvp gear. Prior to doing heroics i did a lot of pvping and had a decent set of elemental shaman gear, which as it turned out worked surprisingly well for heroic 5mans. It's no guarantee that it'll work for every class/spec (for example the enhancement set does not transition at all), but try comparing the stats anyways. You may find something to hold you over til something better comes along.
Jul 7th 2009 3:35AM thats a bit how it looks without my glasses.
Jun 30th 2009 9:44AM i think the troll in echo isles Zalazane, or as someone mentioned earlier Fizzle Darkstorm, are probably the closest thing to a Hogger the horde has. I personally had more trouble with the goblin myself, back in vanilla wow.
Jun 27th 2009 8:58AM "skybreaker" for doing beating captain skyshatter in those neatherwing races,
and "earthshaker" "wartide" "thunderfist" for getting the pvp gear set of the same name
Jun 20th 2009 12:46PM actually this isn't that lame, on my server i rarely get into a game with more than a raid and a half these days.
Jun 14th 2009 2:14AM i once used amp magic on my friend before a duel as a joke. being a noob at the time he thought it was helpful.
Jun 1st 2009 6:49AM I'm surprised at how many negative responses there are here. Perhaps the terms "hardcore" or "noob" were not the best ones to use, but the context of the article does explain the type of people the author was talking about, and if anyone took offense to it, i think you missed the point of the article.
to those who understood and left insightful posts, kudos.
In closing I'd like to say this: If you can't say something nice, best not to say anything at all. we were all new to the game once too.
May 12th 2009 6:35AM I see lot's of hunters in pvp. and FYI shamans are easier to murder, at least for me. not even the restos give me that much trouble.
