Aug 26th 2009 9:47AM I do feel like it's a little soon, but that may be because there's one less patch this time around, which is really okay with me because I felt like last expansion there wasn't time to get everything done.
I am very, VERY excited to kill Arthas. He's been the great tragedy in my Warcraft experience, which started with WC3, so to see it come to it's conclusion is awesome. I'm especially "geeked out" after watching the live stream with the parts of Icecrown they covered. *squee*
Mar 25th 2009 10:13AM Believe it or not, but some people enjoy parts of the game that doesn't involve raiding or PvP. This is for them.
Mar 25th 2009 9:45AM True.. that is an option. But pick a favorite?!?! Blasphemy!
Mar 25th 2009 9:10AM Even better is the mod Livestock. Not only helps you organize your mounts, mount/dismount and smart mount, but it also has the option to automatically summon a random pet when you move! Also has a button that is outside your normal UI to randomly summon a pet.
Mar 16th 2009 1:09PM I liked it. It's not a story video, it's not supposed to make sense in that way, and I don't see that as any kind of flaw. I especially liked the scene with the mushrooms from Zangarmarsh. The tilt combined with the effects applied to the scene make it quite striking.
Mar 12th 2009 1:25PM Think of them as a rating. I don't agree with "spending" points, but we already have a rating system in WoW that functions how I think this should. The higher your achievement "score" the more items you have available for purchase using gold.
Mar 12th 2009 1:11PM Shoot, I was really hoping I could get something for these points I've been accumulating. It won't stop me from doing most of the achievements, but I'd be a lot more likely to the ones I don''t particularly care for (such as the PvP achievements) if I knew I'd get some sort of reward for doing it.
I figured they'd add things you could buy that you get from achievements anyway, such as pets, titles and silly items.
