Breakfast Topic: Memorial Day {WoW}

Nov 18th 2011 4:40PM Hey Ryan,

Not sure if you will actually receive this now, so far down the line, but I started looking for this post back on the 11th of this month (veterans day). It took me a few days to find it again (I don't post much on the internet), but I wanted to wish you a belated Happy Veterans day, and I hope that all is well in your life.

Thank you again for your service Ryan, and I hope you have many years of happiness ahead of you.

Breakfast Topic: How do you deal with self-entitled puggers? {WoW}

Aug 9th 2011 10:19AM I don't have a problem as a healer with "not healing the Jerk DPS that thinks he is better than everyone and just starts pulling mobs to try and speed things up." After a few times of them doing this deliberately, myself and my personal tank (RL friend who always tanks for me) typically just agree to let that guy get himself killed, and leave his body there. When they make the run back, they will typically either get in line, leave group, or try to wipe us and get themselves killed again (and then getting vote kicked). It may be harsh, but we don't deal with jerks too well in our groups.

Encrypted Text: Exposé on Expose Armor {WoW}

Jul 28th 2010 3:24PM Just a side note:
If you have a warrior tank, DON'T USE THIS FINISHER!

It isn't as big a deal at level cap, but especially for levelling tanks who use sunder to generate threat (we do at 80 also with devastate), it completely kills us.

Because this debuff is a full 20% right away, it is stronger than 1/5 of our 5 stack, thus making us unable to sunder the target and hold threat.

Trust me, there is nothing more annoying than getting in a 5 man while levelling with a rogue who thinks his armor debuff is "helping", and making me unable to hold threat at all...

Enter to win a Blazing Hippogryph and other loot {WoW}

Breakfast Topic: Is WoW worth it when it's a full-time job? {WoW}

Jul 19th 2010 10:09AM Gets crit by wall-o-text for over 9000...

The Light and How to Swing It: New talent system changes for melee paladins {WoW}

Jul 8th 2010 12:06AM However, something that has come up in conversation with other warriors in chat (I know this is a pally discussion, but bear with me):
If we have the rage and a GCD available, we will still be hitting whirlwind in our rotation. The same will apply to pallies unless they make WW and DS share a CD with something else.
At the end of the day, if it doesn't hurt the rest of our rotation, why wouldn't we add that extra damage to a single target as well?

WoW Moviewatch: Cash Hog {WoW}

Jul 6th 2010 1:37PM Granted I haven't seen the show that many times, but I haven't actually seen the guy on cash cab boot someone out and make them walk yet. Does it actually happen that often?

For Gnomeregan! Your thoughts on the Midsummer Fire Festival {WoW}

Jul 4th 2010 8:05PM Makes me want to cry, ran 3 times a day for 2 weeks on multiple toons, and still no scythe or pet...RNG hates me...

Phat Loot Phriday: Kliklak's Fearsome Greatsword {WoW}

Jul 3rd 2010 2:40AM My honest to god best guess is that ArP will be changing to Agi.
First, look at the classes and specs that use armor pen heavily. Fury warriors, cat druids, marks hunters, combat rogues and blood DKs.
That being said, blood DKs are tanking now, so it makes the most sense to make ArP into agi...just saying.

Spiritual Guidance: So you wanna play a priest {WoW}

Jun 27th 2010 10:06PM One problem though. Devouring Plague can only be on one target at a time, so putting it on every mob is a huge waste of mana.

I suggest putting it on the mob you want to die first, then moving on to the next mob. You will have a lot more mana when you are done.
