Feb 7th 2011 3:52PM Growl is target based and unless the hunter has placed his pet on the wrong target, the "Skull" is the only one who will effected.

Feb 7th 2011 3:38PM If the tank is fighting with a pet for aggro on the initial pull even after a MD, the tank is not doing a good job. Don't take this as a slight, just retaunt that mob.

Feb 7th 2011 3:12PM If my pet is in the back of the pack of mobs tanking a stray, quite simple, you did not do your job as a tank and pick up all of the mob. Better he kills the pet than the healer. Even with growl left on, if my pet pulls a mob from you, guess what, you did not have sufficient threat on that mob and chances are it would have ended up bee lining for the hunter or healer. People do not like when something illustrates that they are doing things wrong and a pets will pull aggro 100% of the time when you are doing it wrong, even with growl off. Don't take this as a slight, take it as another queue that there is something that needs attention.

Feb 7th 2011 2:52PM What Frost is saying, and his logic is not wrong, is that if the Hunter in your raid is going to do (being one of the top DPS on the meter) X amount of damage with a bow that is an upgrade and the warrior is only using the item for a stat boost, the good of the raid comes before the stat boost of the warrior, it's that simple. If your in a PUG, then by all means this does not apply. If however you are raiding with guildies and you put your small stat boost above a overall DPS boost for one of the main DPS output classes in your raid, you are hurting your entire raid not just your warrior.

Feb 7th 2011 2:33PM I'm not saying all DK's are in that group, I think you know that. They do, those that are in that group, tend to think that they qualify in telling hunters how to play their class because, you know, they have pets too.

Feb 7th 2011 9:23AM Thank you for writing this guide. While there are unfortunately some Huntards out there, I have been seen far more Tanktards and healertards and well DK's in the own special group of "Tard". The only problem now is that I fear the people that most desperately need to take advice from this guide will read the first few lines and in their arrogance, that is part of the reason for their "Tard-ness" , they will scream loudly into vent, "Some Huntard wrote a guide on how we should play our classes" and the rest may be ignored.
Hopefully, the information will get through. It is sorely needed.

Jan 13th 2011 10:11AM While I'm not disappointed, Wrath was a better soundtrack, Totems of Grizzlemaw, Howling Fjord, and who can forget the cut that begins at 2:50 of Mountains of Thunder. That track haunts me. Like any good artist though, you have good compositions and a few not as good and then you hopefully have a few great compositions. I think they have done a superb job overall, what other game can compare, most movies do not.
