Know Your Lore: Sylvanas Windrunner, part 2, page 2 {WoW}

Dec 20th 2010 7:35AM @Omegan01
"The reason nobody trusts the Forsaken as a whole is because they started acting like genocidal freaks to begin with."
No.
FIRST thing happened was try to burn them alive (undead) and destroy everything they were, not listening to their plies that they finally broke free and deny their existence itself.
Even nature itself disgust them after they broke free (first mission wc3 when sylvanas talk to her banshee)
NO ONE, trust them, you name very few people, who are treated good, most people only from day one tried to end them
And Lordearon for the record is considered "wiped out" by Arthas, so whatever humans left in it, they are too few to consider them a nation.
On other hand, we have now most of people who DIED defending it, are now back as forsaken and want their lands, after all, they DID die for it.
Pls check King Terenas II tomb at entrance of UC to see if undead are actually evil who kept their evil methods, not humans who forced to go that way.
Why undead when risen are loyal to forsaken ? because they know that their human "friends" will try to burn them on sight, because that is what they did and died trying to. Assume you are in an army fight, where each side has complete very unique cloth set, and your cloth got burned so you wear the cloth set of your enemies, in a heated fight, what is the chance your "friends" won't fire first then discover their mistake later ?
If I die and got rez by sylvannas I'll swear loyalty to her, because I died trying to wipe her and I know that who didn't die yet will try to wipe her and her people, which I'm automatically assumed one of them (they won't listen to me, they never listened to the original forsaken from start, they never did and never will)

Know Your Lore: The Third War, part 2 {WoW}

Nov 4th 2010 2:38AM You forgot a very important note imo, when Arthas took the sword himself, Arthas clearly said : "I'll gladly bare any curse to save my homelands" and "I'll give anything and pay any price only if it helps saving my people"

These lines show that Arthas (also he went to evil) clearly was thinking he is doing the right thing.

In Arthas: Rise of the Lich King (which was very good book) it is clear that Arthas even after becoming a Death Knight still thinks he is acting the right thing, by raising his own horse : invincible

I know this article is not about Arthas, its about the 3rd war, but still you made Arthas (who is one of pure evil characters) seems to acting evil for just being evil, like old gods or burning legion, Arthas is evil but he believes deep down he is doing the right thing

Oct 28th 2010 10:05AM I'm from server ghostlands europe, left my guild, which I considered like my family back then (and still consider them, but the guild is over), left because my rl friend wanted a better progress and raids the guild couldn't offer. I couldn't even left them and told him only way for me that he do it for me if he wants we stick together...
My rl friend is very good really, but I can't forget my blood hawks (name of my guild), even until today I still remember them and wish I could found any other solution at all.
If anyone from Blood Hawks can read this, feel free to contact me because I really miss you all, specially my old GM, Femme

I wonder what would happen if time move backwards, I doubt I'd leave them then.

Know Your Lore: Orgrim Doomhammer, part 2 {WoW}

Sep 29th 2010 7:10PM I wonder if the dranei when camed first to the orcs and told them : hi we are refugees of Kil'jaedan wrath and he wants to wipe us out with worst way since over 15000year and he will follow us to the end of world and destroy anything we stay at (rise of horde does mention that KJ destroyed any place they sat foot upon it) , what will be the orcs answer ?
You blame orcs for slaughtering innocent dranei, well the dranei hided the truth first and it backfired on them very heavily

May 17th 2010 1:21PM "Likewise, the Horde clearly know that the Scarlets aren't friends of Stormwind. They know about the differences, but don't care, since they are enemies anyhow."
Last time I checked Scarlet Crusade had MANY NPCS INSIDE Stormwind while there is NO STV TROLL npc inside orgrimmar

Know Your Lore: Current Horde politics, the Trolls, Page 2 {WoW}

Apr 24th 2010 8:00PM Also I want everyone to see this post, I won't attach it to someone on first because I didn't find a good spot for that
The Trolls are the ONLY race in wow whose guard talks in orcish when attacked asking for help, showing how deeply the trolls and orcs have merged together

Know Your Lore: The Draenei, Page 2 {WoW}

Apr 1st 2010 6:21AM Sorry but there is bias here for Dranei
You make them loot too good, while they didn't give any hint at all for the owners of the planet they live upon that the burning legion 2nd in command want to bring misery and suffer to them
You made them look "bad" because they didn't react fast enough, while the real "bad" part is they didn't warn the orcs that the most evil force in universe is chasing them and won't stop
I wonder if the orcs would welcome the dranei if they knew that, I wonder if you will accept a guest in your house and you know that he is chased by one of most powerful evil force in universe

What the orcs did was wrong, but at their defense they were heavily tricked and they didn't even know about anything like that, while the Dranei hoped to hide here and they didn't try to warn their neighbors all that time they lived together
