Aug 11th 2009 1:13AM I thought you only got one granted level for every 2 levels. So wouldn't that give you level 1-30 (or any other group of 30 levels) within the 3 minutes?
Jul 25th 2009 10:26AM I really wish i had been able to get me one of these while they were still around. Sadly my hunter is only 64, so there was no chance. Maybe next time.
Jul 21st 2009 9:08PM What's the deal with Terenas' Tomb anyways? According to Wowwiki his remains were found by a sympathetic member of the Forsaken and entombed in the Ruins of Lordaeron. However in both WC III and Rise of the Lich King, Terenas was cremated and dumped out into the snow in the middle of winter. Rise actually goes as far as to state that a wind caught his ashes and blew them away. So how could there be anything IN the tomb?
Jul 15th 2009 1:27PM When Wrath came out, i didn't get the Collecter's Edition like i had wanted, so instead i took the extra money and bought a vanilla copy of wow (They had them on sale for $10) and an extra time card. Did RAF and levelled a paladin and mage using multiboxing. I never had more fun playing lower level content than i did with that. Plus i got me a kickass Zervha mount for my main, and used the Grant a Level on ANOTHER alt to bring him to 60. All in all i got 3 60s and a Zervha mount in about 3 months of work. I'm relatively casual, so that was a big accomplishment for me.
All in all my costs came to $10 for the game, $35 for the extra 2 months, and $25 for the character transfer to move the Paladin to my main account. Extremely worth it.
I used Keyclone for my keybindings, and Multiboxer for in-game automation like letting my secondary character autojoin my party and forwarding whispers.
Jul 5th 2009 6:50PM The ones that fly up, explode, and then blow out some parts that make a smaller explosion. Fan-TASTIC!
Jun 26th 2009 1:00PM Not the quests. The Achievements. Of course the quests would only be the ones specific to THOSE orphans.
Jun 26th 2009 11:23AM With the new Children's Week coming to Northrend with 3.2, will this be a holiday all on it's own, or can i use my Wolvar or Oracle child to complete any Children's Week Acheivments i missed previously?
Jun 16th 2009 4:49PM I think that while there may be portions of the continent under water/in the maelstrom, that they wouldn't necessarily fit together as a jigsaw puzzle. If you look at our own world, it is presumed that at one point it was one land mass (called "Pangea") yet our continents don't fit perfectly together. Ages of natural wear and tear as well as erosion, etc, will reshape the landmasses so they eventually no longer resemble one another.
Jun 5th 2009 10:52AM People that expect just because i'm a mage i will port them or give them food.
"port to shatt" or "need water" are not acceptable forms of communications. If you want something ASK POLITELY.
Even worse are the low levels that come up to you in auction house or bank and say "Can i have 5g"? Admittedly not a LOT of money for me anymore, but i worked hard to earn my money. You're above level 5, you can learn yourself a gathering profession and make money just like everyone else has, or find a guild that encourages helping out low level toons. Asking random people for money is no better than panhandling IRL.
