Apr 12th 2011 12:09PM It's quite comforting to see so many others share my hesitance to return to healing. And I certainly empathize with the tanks who feel the same way; yours is a daunting task, and the few times I have tried tanking I have been a nervous wreck.
As for healing, I know I could handle the changes. In many ways, it's a return to vanilla-style healing. But I simply don't have the tolerance for the "u suk" crowd you meet via the Dungeon Finder. And with the smaller raid sizes, and the early burn-out I've seen in our guild, finding tolerant friends with whom to run instances has become much more difficult.
I don't blame Blizz for the problems (at least not entirely). I own some of them for being too concerned about group survival and the perception of asshats who likely would be unsatisfied with any healer or tank. I had hoped that the expansion would drive off the "gogogo" guys determined to sprint through every dungeon. With luck, that may happen, and a modicum of civility will return to Azeroth.

May 6th 2009 2:02PM Absolutely the funniest thing I have seen in a very long time. I haven't laughed that hard in ages. Special kudos for the clever Gnome chanty. Please publish the lyrics :)

"Sweep the leg! You got a problem with that?"
